制御装置において、マグネトロンのモータに発振
周波数制御用の信号を供給するサーボアンプと、
上記マグネトロンのレゾルバからの回転角度から
発振周波数を検出する周波数読出回路と、上記マ
グネトロンの発振周波数を可変させる信号を出力
する発振周波数指令部と、上記発振周波数指令部
からの発振周波数指令信号と、上記周波数読出回
路から得られた信号との誤差を検出し、上記サー
ボアンプの入力信号を出力する差動アンプと、上
記発振周波数指令部からの発振周波数指令信号に
より上記マグネトロンの発振周波数と同じ周波数
を出力する電圧制御発振器と、上記マグネトロン
の発振周波数信号と上記電圧制御発振器の出力信
号とを比較検出し上記発振周波数指令部へ出力す
る比較検出回路から構成され、マグネトロンの発
振周波数が常に発振周波数指令信号に比例した発
振周波数で動作させることを特徴とするマグネト
