Now, the above-mentioned suspension link 05 is integrated into one block at the front and rear on each side of the left and right sides, and the mounting portion on the vehicle body side is connected to the vehicle roof beam portion 0 through the pin 04.
Suspension link supports 03 installed at four locations are suspended. The suspension link receiver 03 is mounted on the upper flange of a roof structure link receiver beam made of welded frames with the roof plate 08 sandwiched therebetween, and is fastened with mounting bolts 09. A reinforcing plate 010 is provided on the back side of the flange of each beam of the mounting bolt fastening part,
The other side of the corresponding plate reinforcement 010 was bolted to the web of the beam, taking into consideration the relaxation of the load on the flange and the distribution of the load to the web.

The suspension link supports 3 are welded together on the left and right with joint beams 21, and the cross beams 22 are passed through the front and rear to form a strong block weld. All 4 parts of the pin 3 have an integrated structure, and when installing to the roof beam part 2 of the vehicle body, the interior and exterior (ceiling side, roof board side) are open so that the link holder 3 can pass through the center from the bottom. The link receiving beam 24 is attached to the body structure by being supported from below from the ceiling 23 side of the interior of the vehicle body. After installing the suspension link receiver 3, the outdoor opening is closed with a rain cover 25. In other words, the blocking plate 2 is placed in advance at a predetermined position of the integrated suspension link receiver 3.
6 is welded, and after installing the link holder 3, the roof plate 8
A rain cover 25 is attached to a rubber seal 27 fitted around the opening via a closing plate 26. Also, on the other hand,
Since the indoor opening is covered with the ceiling lining 28 after the link holder 3 is installed, the link holder 3 is covered with the closing plate 26 and the ceiling lining 2.
8 and is stored inside. Abutment plates 29 are attached to the mounting surface of the suspension link receiving beam 24 (at four locations each on the front and rear), and the structure is such that flatness can be achieved after the roof beam portion 2 is constructed.

(3) The suspension link receiver, which is integrated as a strong block, is installed so as to support the suspension link receiving beam on the roof beam of the vehicle body from below, so it is in a state of tight contact due to the load of the vehicle body, and the mounting bolt is also attached to the link. They only need to be able to withstand the weight of the bridge and fixation when the vehicle body rolls, and only a small number of bridges are required compared to the conventional method, and installation and rigging are also easier.
