本発明は、混錬時における水比を低減させ、高強度のコ
ンクリートもしくはモルタルを製造する製造方法に関す

従来、コンクリートもしくはモルタルの製造方法として

(発明が解決しようとする課題)
しかしながら、上記従来の製造方法では、水を均一に分
散させて混錬するのが困難であるため、必要以上に水の
添加を余儀なくされ、この結果、製造されるコンクリー
トの強度低下は避けられなかった。また、これとともに
