【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、走行しながら底部に設けたロータリ
ーブラシ床面とか路面等を清掃する自走式スイー

自走式のスイーパーには、運転手が走行しなが
ら後部に設けた操作ハンドルでスイーパーの運転

た運転席に搭乗して運転を行う自走搭乗式の2形
式が存在し、狭い場所の清掃を行つたり、安価な
コストを求める場合には自走歩行式のスイーパー
を用い、逆に、広い場所の清掃を効率良く行いた
い場合には、歩行式に比較して高価であるが自走
搭乗式のスイーパーが求められ、夫々目的に応じ
て使い分けられていた。

けることが最も理想的であつて、経済的な負担が
増大する問題があつた。

することが考えられた。しかし、従来の自走搭乗
式スイーパーは、例えば、実願昭61−126459号
(昭和61年8月19日出願)の第1図に見られる様
に、いずれもその運転シートと運転装置が車体の
上面部分に設置されているため、車体の後方で歩
きながら運転する自走歩行式の場合は、これ等の
運転シートと運転装置が邪魔に成つて運転上好ま
しくなく、加えて搭乗用とは別に歩行専用の運転
装置(ハンドル等)を車体後部に設けなくてはな
らないから、構造が非常に複雑化して歩行と搭乗

走搭乗式相互間の切換を極めて簡単に行えると共
に、操作ハンドルを始めとする運転装置も歩行と
搭乗の相方に兼用でき、而も、構造が簡単で低コ
ストにて製造可能な自走式スイーパーを提供する

いて講じた手段は以下の如くである。

合は運転シートをスイーパーの上面側に前倒し
に折畳むため、運転者は運転シートに邪魔され
ずにスイーパーを安全に歩行運転でき、更に、
歩行式と搭乗式のいずれの場合も、スイーパー
後部に設けた操作ハンドル等を用いて運転操作
できるから、操作ハンドルを含む運転装置は1
台設けるだけで用が足り、従つて、従来の自走
歩行式スイーパーと大差ない価格で歩行・搭乗
兼用のスイーパーを提供することを可能にす
る。以上の如くであるから、上記の手段によつ
て技術的課題を解決して、前記従来の技術の問

輪、3は駆動輪と成る後輪、4は図面上時計回転
方向に回転して、床面又は路面上のゴミをダスト
バケツト5に掃込むロータリーブラシ、6は隅と
かへこみの中のゴミを掃き寄せるサイドブラシ、
7はダストバケツト5に溜つたゴミを廃棄する場
合に、ダストバケツト5を持ち上げて反転させる

部を車体1の後部下側部分に枢着した取付部であ
つて、この取付部12は支持パイプ9を水平に支
持して運転シート8の全体を第1図の使用状態に
保持する一方、第2図の如く運転シート8の全体
を車体1の上面側に前倒しの状態に折畳回動でき

転シート8に腰掛けた状態で搭乗して運転でき、
倉庫内とか駐車場と云つた広い場所の清掃を、ス
イーパーに搭乗したままで能率良く行うことがで

本考案に係る自走式スイーパーは以上述べた如
くであつて、1台のスイーパーを歩行式と搭乗式
のいずれにも切換えて使用できるのであるが、本
考案では特に、上記の切換を運転シートを車体側
に対して前倒しに折畳回動したり、逆に、引き越
し回動するだけで果せるから、切換作業が極めて
簡単で、誰にでも短時間で行える利点を発揮で
き、更に、歩行運転の場合は運転シートをスイー
パーの上面側に前倒しの状態に折畳んでいるか
ら、この折畳んだ運転シートに邪魔されることな
く前方を確認しながら安全に歩行運転できると共
に、操作ハンドルを含む運転装置は歩行・搭乗兼
用のものを車体後部に1台設ければよく、更に、
運転シートもパイプ等を用いて簡単に製造可能で
あるから、歩行式と搭乗式の相方に使用可能であ
るにも係らず、従来の歩行式スイーパーと大差な
い価格で安価に製造できると云つた経済的利点も
発揮できるものであつて、その実用的価値は極め
て高い。

パーの後部に回動自在に枢着したことを特徴とす
