Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 照明手段から出力される照明光を被測定物
に照射することにより、その寸法、形状等を測定
する光学式測定機において、前記照明手段と被測
定物との間の光路中に、所定のパターンを形成さ
れた液晶板を設けることを特徴とする光学式測定
機。 (2) 照明手段から出力される照明光を被測定物
に照射することにより、その寸法、形状等を測定
する光学式測定機において、前記照明手段と被測
定物との間の光路中に、入射光を複数の異なる方
向の出射光とする光屈折手段と、液晶板とを設け
ることを特徴とする光学式測定機。 (3) 請求項２記載の光学式測定機において、光
屈折手段は、非球面レンズであることを特徴とす
る光学式測定機。
