Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 測定対象に超音波パルスを送出し前記測定対象
    から反射する反射パルスを受信する送受波器と、
    この送受波器に電気駆動パルスを供給する超音波
    発振回路と、前記送受波器で受けた前記反射パル
    スに対応した受信信号を受信する受信アンプと、
    制御信号に応じて所定期間のあいだこの受信信号
    を減衰させて出力信号として出力するアツテネー
    タと、この出力信号を所定の閾値と比較して比較
    信号を出力する比較器と、前記超音波パルスの送
    出から前記比較信号を受信するまでの時間を計測
    して測定対象物までの距離を測定し距離信号とし
    て送出すると共に前記送受波器で残留振動が発生
    している前記所定期間内のみ受信信号を減衰させ
    る前記制御信号を出力する演算手段とを具備し、
    前記残留振動を検出レベル以下に抑えて測定可能
    範囲を拡大することを特徴とする超音波距離計。
