８は演算部、ＦＧはＵＶセンサの検出出力、ＳＧ
は流量センサの検出出力、ＳＣは制御信号。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 燃料をコントローラで制御される遮断弁を通じ
    てバーナに供給すると共に上記バーナに供給され
    る上記燃料を検出する流量センサと上記バーナの
    炎を検出する紫外線センサとが設けられた燃焼装
    置において、上記流量センサの検出出力又は上記
    コントローラから上記遮断弁に与えられる制御信
    号と上記紫外線センサの検出出力とに基づいて上
    記紫外線センサの状態を診断する演算部を設けた
    ことを特徴とする燃焼装置における紫外線センサ
    の診断装置。
