(Prior Art) As a concrete block for construction, a formwork concrete block in which reinforcing bars can be arranged vertically and horizontally is known. Figure 5 shows
An example of this formwork concrete block 1 is shown,
The rectangular flat face shells 2, 2 located at the front and rear (left and right in the figure) are integrally connected by a web shell 3 having large U-shaped recesses 3a, 3b formed on both the upper and lower sides. Vertical reinforcing bars are placed in the vertical holes (front and rear), and horizontal reinforcing bars are placed in the horizontal grooves formed by the upper and lower recesses 3a and 3b.

Therefore, when manufacturing such a formwork concrete block 1 for construction, a rectangular frame surrounding the four circumferences of the concrete block 1 and a drawn core (lower A mold) is placed within the above frame, and the cores corresponding to the left and right vertical holes of the web shell 3 are fixed to the above frame so as to hang from above to form a mold for molding, and mortar is poured into the space of this mold. After filling, the shoe (upper mold) corresponding to the upper recess 3a is lowered from above to pressurize the mortar with a constant pressure, and then the drawing core (lower mold) is pulled out to the side and the shoe is lowered. A molded product was extruded onto a pallet, and the molded product was transported together with the pallet to a curing room for hardening.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) The conventional architectural formwork concrete block 1 is
As shown in FIG. 5, the thickness T between the upper and lower surfaces of the central part of the web shell 3 is set to approximately 1/3 of the total height H of the architectural formwork concrete block 1, and the depth Ha of the recess 3a on the upper surface and the depth Hb of the recess 3b on the lower surface were set equal to each other. That is,
The above-mentioned thickness T and depths Ha and Hb were approximately equal, and each was about 1/3 of the total height H of block 1. Therefore, after the molding is completed, the web shell 3 is removed from the mold, and until it hardens in the curing chamber, the web shell 3 bends under its own weight, and the front and rear web shells 2, 2 fall inward, causing the gap between the upper ends to be slightly larger than the specified dimension. For example, if the spacing between the upper ends is 190 mm, the width will be 1 to 3 mm narrower. A horizontal linear step 4 was formed at the overlapping portion of the architectural formwork concrete blocks 1, 1, forming a so-called armor step, which deteriorated the appearance.

(Means for solving the problem) In this invention, as shown in FIG. 1, large U-shaped or V-shaped recesses 13a and 13b are formed on both the upper and lower surfaces of the front and rear face shells 12, 12. In the architectural formwork concrete block 11 that is connected by a web shell 13 that allows vertical and horizontal reinforcing bars to be placed, the depth Ha of the recess 13a on the top surface of the web shell 13 is equal to the distance between the upper and lower surfaces of the center of the web shell 13. The depth of the recess 13b on the lower surface of the web shell 13 is smaller than the thickness T.
Hb is formed to be larger than the thickness T between the upper and lower surfaces of the central portion of the web shell 13. The preferred dimensions of the depths Ha and Hb of the upper and lower recesses 13a and 13b and the thickness T of the central part of the web shell 13 are that the depth Ha of the upper surface is 15 to 25% of the total height H, and the depth Hb of the lower surface is 15% to 25% of the total height H. 35-50% of the web shell thickness T is the total height H

(Function) Since the recess 13a on the upper surface is shallow, even if the web shell 13 is bent between the end of molding and curing and hardening, the upper ends of the face shells 12, 12 will fall inward and the distance between the upper ends will narrow. will be extremely small, and there will be almost no difference from the specified dimensions. Furthermore, the lower ends of the face shells 12, 12 are restricted from sliding due to the frictional force acting between them and the upper surface of the pallet, and the spread between the lower ends is prevented.

(Example) As shown in Fig. 1, architectural formwork concrete consists of front and rear face shells 12, 12 formed in a rectangular flat plate shape and two left and right web shells 13, 13 (see Fig. 4). In block 11, the depth Hb of the recess 13b on the lower surface is approximately 50% of the total height H.
%, and the depth Ha of the recess 13a on the upper surface is approximately 20% of the above-mentioned total height H, and two small semicircular recesses 13c for horizontal reinforcing bars are provided on the upper surface of the web shell 13.

(Effects of the invention) This invention forms a shallow recess on the top surface of the web shell of a formwork concrete block, and a deep recess on the bottom surface. In other words, the web shell is placed at a higher position than before. This prevents the face shell from tilting in an uncured and unhardened state after molding, and the distance between the upper ends of the front and rear face shells from becoming smaller than a specified size.
Therefore, the appearance of a building using this architectural formwork concrete block is improved without the formation of armor steps that conventionally occur during masonry. Furthermore, the purpose is achieved by changing the shape of the block.
