Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ケースの端部に設けられたダイヤフラムと
    、前記ケース内の台座に設けられ圧力を検知する
    圧力検知部と、この圧力検知部と前記ダイヤフラ
    ムとの間に封入された圧力伝達液とを備えた圧力
    センサにおいて、前記ダイヤフラムに対面する前
    記ケースに導圧通路に連設された拡大部が形成さ
    れたことを特徴とする圧力センサ。 (2) ケースに設けられたダイヤフラムと、前記
    ケース内の台座に設けられ圧力を検知する圧力検
    知部と、この圧力検知部と前記ダイヤフラムとの
    間に封入された圧力伝達液とを備えた圧力センサ
    において、前記台座は、前記圧力検知部よりも大
    径で、かつ前記圧力検知部の電気信号を外部に導
    く出力線の端子が貫通されていることを特徴とす
    る圧力センサ。
