第２図は従来の圧力センサの一例を示す縦断面図
である。 図において、５は圧力検知部、６はシリコンオ
イル、２０はケース、２０ａは穴、２１はパイプ
、２４はダイヤフラム、２５は導圧通路である。 なお、各図中、同一符号同一または相当部分を示
すものである。
Claims (1)
- ケースの端部に設けられたダイヤフラムと、前
記ケース内の台座に設けられ圧力を検知する圧力
検知部と、この圧力検知部と前記ダイヤフラムと
の間に封入された圧力伝達液とを備え、前記ダイ
ヤフラムが受けた圧力変動が前記ケース内の導圧
通路を通じて前記圧力検知部に伝達される圧力セ
ンサにおいて、前記ケース内には一端が前記ダイ
ヤフラムに臨み他端が前記圧力検知部に臨んで穴
が形成され、この穴にパイプが嵌入されて前記導
圧通路が形成されたことを特徴とする圧力センサ
。
