Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 未精製の水を収容するための水タンクと、該
水タンクの水を精製する精製装置と、該精製装置
にて精製された精製水を上記水タンクの外部で回
収するための回収容器とを含む精製水供給装置に
おいて、上記回収容器を上記水タンクの内部に取
出し可能に収納したことを特徴とする精製水供給
装置。 ２ 未精製の水を収容するための水タンクと、該
水タンクの水を精製する精製装置と、該精製装置
にて精製された精製水を上記水タンクの外部で回
収するための回収容器とを含む精製水供給装置に
おいて、上記回収容器を上記水タンクの内部に収
容可能な寸法を有し、上記水タンクは上記回収容
器を出し入れ可能に構成されていることを特徴と
する精製水供給装置。 ３ 上記精製装置は、上記未精製の水を加熱して
蒸気を生成するための加熱要素と、上記蒸気を冷
却して蒸留水を得るための冷却装置と、上記蒸留
水を上記水タンクの外部の上記回収容器に上記精
製水として導く手段とを有している請求項１又は
２記載の精製水供給装置。
