- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 未精製の水を収容するための水タンクと、該
水タンクの上記水を精製して精製水を作る精製装
置と、該精製水を外部へ導く導水管とを含む精製
水供給装置において、上記導水管に上記精製水を
さらに精製するための付加精製装置を備えたこと
を特徴とする精製水供給装置。 ２ 上記付加精製装置は、上記精製水を瀘過する
瀘過部材と、該瀘過部材を取出し可能に収納した
ハウジングとを有している請求項１記載の精製水
供給装置。 ３ 上記付加精製装置は、上記精製水を脱臭する
脱臭部材と、該脱臭部材を取出し可能に収納した
ハウジングとを有している請求項１記載の精製水
供給装置。 ４ 上記導水管を保持している装置フレームを含
み、該装置フレームは、第１の係合装置を有して
おり、上記ハウジングは、上記第１の係合装置に
着脱可能に係合する第２の係合装置を有し、上記
第１及び第２の係合装置の相互係合により上記ハ
ウジングを上記装置フレームに取付けている請求
