That is, the heat generating board 10 has the central part of the bottom of the inner container 101 of the electric kettle protruding upward, and the main heat generating wire 103 and the auxiliary heat generating wire 104 are wound around a substrate 106 on the back surface of the heat transfer plate 102.
Insulating plates 107 and 108 are laminated and arranged above and below 6. This heating plate 106 (1 has a through hole in the center and has a heat diffusion plate 110 with good thermal conductivity and has 109 outer peripheral edges) and is embedded in the lower surface of the container bottom 101 in a crimped state by the backing material 11, A heating element portion is formed.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in such a conventional configuration, since the area of the substrate 106 is limited, the winding pitch of the main heating wire 103 and the auxiliary heating wire 104 is inevitably reduced, making it difficult to wind the wire. Due to slack that sometimes occurs, the main heating wire 103 and the auxiliary heating wire 10
4 short-circuited, or if the winding pinch is increased to prevent short-circuiting, the main heating wire 103 and the auxiliary heating wire 1040
Not only does this increase the power density per unit area, causing major problems in terms of reliability and durability, but it is also not always desirable because the various parts that make up the electric kettle are affected by the temperature rise. In addition, especially the auxiliary heating wire 10 for small power
4, in order to meet the predetermined amount of power, a heating wire with a large resistance value, that is, a small cross-sectional area, is used, and the auxiliary heating wire 104 may break due to the tension during winding work, resulting in workability problems. There was a significant problem.

Therefore, as a countermeasure to the above, a heating element was considered in which the main heating wire 103 and the auxiliary heating wire 104 were made up of heating plates made of foil-like resistance bands on both sides of the board 106, but the temperature increased due to the structure of the lead part of the heating plate. No method has yet been found that suppresses this problem and is both durable and workable.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a heating element in the form of a foil between each layer of a heat exchanger plate forming the bottom of the container and a plurality of insulating plates on the back side of the heat exchanger plate. A heating element part is provided, and the heating element part is provided with a heating element part extending from the foil-shaped light-thermal molding and folded so as to sandwich the notch part of the insulating plate below the foil-shaped heating element part. A U-shaped lead part is formed, and the tip part of this lead part ((joining surfaces of the abbreviated terminal plates are joined together, and the heating element part is connected to the seam plate through an insulating material covering this joining surface). It is configured to be fixed so as to be sandwiched between the hot plate and the hot plate.

The terminal plates 6 of the heating element section 5 thus formed are all based on the same surface of the third insulating plate 13, and their connecting portions 6b are erected. A fitting hole of the third insulating plate 13 passes through the connecting portion 6b, and a fitting hole of the insulator 9 having the collar 9a passes through the connecting portion 6b to electrically insulate it from the nearby metal live portion and to diffuse heat. By pressing the collar 9a penetrating through the plate 8 against the heat transfer plate IIJll+ by the elongated hole 10a of the seam plate 10, the terminal plate 6 is firmly fixed, and the terminal plate 6 is firmly fixed. The raised portions of the foil heating elements 14 and 16 are completely eliminated.

Since both a and a are reliably pressed, a temperature rise due to insufficient pressing of these two will not occur. Therefore, the temperature rise of the connecting portion 6b of the terminal plate 6 is suppressed, and durability and safety are further improved. Furthermore, the power supply lead is connected to the terminal plate 6 to both lead parts 14a and 15a of both foil-shaped heating elements 14 and 16, and bent into a U-shape to connect the terminal plate 6 to the connecting part 6b.
Since it is obtained by standing up the terminal plate 6, the workability is improved compared to the conventional method, and the terminal plate 6 can be firmly fixed.

That is, the joint surface 6a of the terminal plate 6 is connected to the first tip 18b, the connecting part 6b is erected downward as in the previous embodiment, and the collar 9 of the insulator 9 is attached by attaching the seam plate 10.
By pressing the joining surface 6a (z) through the ai, the heat generating parts near the first lead part 18a and the second lead part are heated by the spring properties of the first tip part 18b and the folded part of the second tip part. As a result, the heat dissipation of the heating element in the vicinity of the first lead portion 18a and the second lead portion becomes better, and the life of the heating element portion 6 can be further improved. At the same time, due to the springiness of the folded part, the first
The bond between the second tip 18b1 of the terminal plate 6 and the joint surface 6a of the terminal plate 6 becomes even stronger, and the electrical connection of this part and the strength of the downward standing position of the terminal plate 6 become even more reliable.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments above, the uninvented planar heating element device has a heat transfer plate forming the aesthetic surface of the container and several layers of insulation on the back side of the heat transfer plate. A heating element is provided with a foil heating element interposed between each layer of the plate, and the heating element extends from the foil heating element, and the insulating plate is provided below the foil heating element. A roughly U-shaped lead part is formed by bending the lead part so as to sandwich the notch part of the lead part, and the joint surface of the abbreviated couminal plate is covered with leather lily at the tip of this lead part, and an insulating material is applied to cover this joint surface. By configuring the photothermal body part to be sandwiched and fixed between the seam plate and the sound transmission board, the lead part extends over the surface of the lower insulating plate of the photothermal body part in the shortest length. Since it is formed in a letter shape and has an exposed part, it is possible to suppress the temperature rise in that part, and it is possible to lower the temperature of the terminal plate and improve the durability of the connection part. ii
In addition, the heat generating part near the lid part is also firmly pressed, so
There is no floating of the foil photothermal element in this part, which greatly improves the service life, and the terminal plate is firmly fixed, improving safety. Furthermore, the power supply lead does not require a supplementary wire as in the prior art, and can be formed by joining the terminal plate to the extended lead portion of the foil-like optical unit, so that work efficiency is significantly improved.

Note that by folding back the tip of the lead part to form two violets, the heat generating part near the lead part can be pressed more intelligently, thereby making it possible to further improve the durability of the foil-shaped photothermal body.

In addition, by widening the width of the lead portion, the self-reflection of this portion can be reduced, and the exposed portion is widened, so that the cooling effect of the outside air is further effective, and as a result, the temperature of the terminal plate can be lowered.
