Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect the disconnection of a sensor line by two wires and to independently insulate each security circuit in a home security device interlocking with a P-type 1st class receiver without using a repeater in an apartment house. CONSTITUTION:A terminating set 20 connecting a resistor(r) and a diode D in series is connected to the terminal of a fire sensor 11 consisting of a 2-wire sensor line 5 so that a conduction detecting current is always allowed to flow from a disconnection detecting circuit 17 for the line 5. A security circuit between the P-type 1st class receiver and a security device in each home can be electrically insulated normally by a photocoupler 18, or at the time of service interruption, by two relay circuits 19 serially connected to the line 5.

[0003] In the case of apartment complexes, residences larger than a certain size (11th floor or higher) are required to install fire alarms from the viewpoint of disaster prevention based on the Fire Service Act. On the other hand, the revision of the Fire Service Act and its response to apartment complexes have progressed rapidly.Recently, firefighting equipment (emergency alarm equipment, fire extinguishing equipment, , sprinkler equipment, etc.) now apply. The three conditions are (1) that the main structure is fireproof, (2) that all dwelling units have a two-way evacuation opening type, and (3) that all dwelling units have self-fire alarms (P Type 3 class receiver or GP type 3 class receiver) is installed. The self-fire alarm for residential units referred to here is called home security.

Next, the operation of the above conventional example will be explained. When the fire detector 11 installed in any dwelling unit 7 is activated (switch S in the detector is turned on), the detector line 5 is short-circuited, and the alarm detection relay 2 of the P-type 1st class receiver 1 and the detector A current loop is formed between the alarms 11 and the alarm detection relay 2 is activated, which causes the main control unit 4 to operate in conjunction with the current loop to display the area where the alarm occurred and control the sound of the alarm.
At the same time, power is supplied to the repeater 12 from the power source 3 via the power line 6. As a result, the internal relay of repeater 12 is activated,
The sensor line 13 of the self-fire alarm 8 for the dwelling unit is short-circuited, current flows through the alarm detection resistor r, and the control section 9 operates to perform alarm control. At the same time, the alarm is transmitted to the outdoor display 10 as well.

On the other hand, the detector line 13 of the self-fire alarm 8 for residential units is composed of four wires, and is constantly passed with a small current (a current sufficiently smaller than the alarm current: r<R) by a high-resistance disconnection detection resistor R. [0013] Furthermore, when directly connected to a P-type 1st class receiver, there is no insulation between the P-type 1st class receiver circuit and the home security circuit, and the communication circuit that is generally provided as an accessory function for home security. etc. are attached to each unit in an apartment complex, which poses problems that can cause noise and malfunctions.

[Operation] Therefore, according to the present invention, by using a terminator in which a resistor and a diode are connected in series, current supply from a P-type 1st class receiver is blocked by the diode, and this security device is connected in parallel. However, the resistor does not trigger an alarm, and only conducts current from the home security device →
Since the current flows through the diode path, a two-wire system can be realized without any problems as a whole system.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 shows the configuration of main parts in an embodiment of the present invention. The present invention is applied to a type of home security device that is operated in conjunction with a P-type first class receiver without a repeater, and the overall system configuration is the same as that shown in FIG. 3. In FIG. 1, 5 is a detector line connected to a P-type 1st class receiver, 8 is a home security device, a residential fire alarm, 11 is a fire detector, and 13 is a detector for residential fire alarm 8. 16 is an alarm detection circuit, 17 is a disconnection detection circuit, 18 is a photocoupler, 19 is a power failure switching relay contact, and 20 is a terminator.

Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be explained. In the above embodiment, the power outage switching relay contact 19 indicates the contact position when the normal residential fire alarm 8 is in the energized state, and is different from the P type 1 class receiver connected to the sensor line 5. Potentially independent. When the sensor 11 is activated here, the sensor line 13 connected to the terminals P1-P2 becomes short-circuited, and the power supply V → alarm detection circuit 16 → power failure switching relay contact 19 → terminal P2 → sensor 11 → terminal P1
→The alarm current flows in the power supply COM loop, and the alarm is detected. This signal enters a control unit (corresponding to the control unit 9 in FIG. 3) composed of a microcomputer or the like, and is controlled to issue the alarm as described above. At this time, by turning on the photocoupler 18, terminals L(+) and C(-
) The fire signal is transmitted by short-circuiting the sensor line 5 connected to the fire alarm.

The current continues to flow through the loop of →terminal P1 →power supply COM, and when the current is cut off, a signal is sent from the disconnection detection circuit 17 to the aforementioned control unit, and corresponding control is performed.

The resistance value of the resistor r of this terminator 20 should not be as high as the resistance value explained for the conventional four-wire system. The reason for this is that since it is a two-wire system, the current flowing through the loop also flows through the monitoring current of a smoke detector when it is connected as a fire detector. Generally, each smoke detector draws about 150 μA, so if 5 smoke detectors are connected, 750 μA flows.
It also becomes A. Therefore, this resistance value is
6 is set to an appropriate value that does not detect the alarm and can detect a disconnection.

Next, the diode D constituting this terminator 20 will be explained. The basic thing to consider in the interlocking system between the P-type 1st class receiver and the self-fire alarm 8 for residential units is that even if the residential unit has a power outage and the self-fire alarm 8 for residential units does not function, the connected detector 11 When activated, the P-type 1st class receiver must be able to control the alarm (the P-type 1st class receiver has a backup power source). Therefore, during a power outage, the sensor 11 of each dwelling unit is configured to be connected to a P-type 1st class receiver.

In FIG. 1, when a power outage occurs, the power outage switching relay contact 19 is switched and the contact is connected to the P type 1st class receiver side. In this case, if the terminator 20 connected to the terminal of each sensor 11 is composed of only the resistor r,
Compared to the conventional system, the monitoring current per line from the P-type 1st class receiver increases by the number of residences of the current of the terminator 20. As is clear from the above explanation, it is necessary to make the current flowing through the terminator 20 larger than the monitoring current of the sensor per dwelling unit, so there is a possibility that the P-type 1st class receiver will always have an alarm current flowing through it. becomes larger. The diode D of the terminator 20 is a component for blocking the inflow of current.

On the other hand, as is clear from FIG. 1, electrical insulation between the P-type 1st class receiver and the residential fire alarm 8 is achieved by the photocoupler 18 during normal current, and by the power outage switching relay contact 19 during a power outage. This is done to ensure complete electrical insulation.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the present invention has the following effects. (1) In order to detect disconnection of the two-wire sensor line, a terminator consisting of a resistor and a diode is connected to both ends of the terminal sensor, so that it can be directly connected to the P-type 1st class receiver in the event of a power outage. However, current flow into the terminator is blocked, and disconnection detection can be performed without any problem. (2) The P-type 1st class receiver and self-fire alarm for residential units are electrically isolated by a photocoupler during normal times and by switching relay contacts during power outages, so there is no possibility of current convergence or the potential of the common point. System malfunctions and noise generation due to fluctuations can be prevented.
