の印加電圧とそれぞれによつて生ずる圧電体の寸

来の圧電アクチユエータの励振回路の一例を示す
ブロツク図およびタイミング図である。 １，２，５，６……スイツチ回路、３……圧電
体、４……機構、Ｌ……コイル、Ｄ１〜Ｄ３，Ｄ
５〜Ｄ７……ダイオード、Ｄ４……定電圧ダイオ
ード。

Claims (1)
- 電極に印加される励振電圧に応じて寸法歪を発
生し、機械機構を駆動する圧電アクチユエータと
、この圧電アクチユエータの前記電極に直列接続
したコイルと、前記励振電圧の印加を制御させる
駆動信号に応答して前記コイルを介し前記圧電ア
クチユエータに前記励振電圧を印加する第１のス
イツチ手段と、前記寸法歪の制動を制御させる制
動信号に応答して前記圧電アクチユエータの充電
電荷を前記コイルを介し放電する第２のスイツチ
手段とを備えた回路において、陽極同士を接続し
たダイオードと定電圧ダイオードとを前記圧電ア
クチユエータの前記電極間に並列に接続したこと
を特徴とする圧電アクチユエータの励振回路。
