Claims (1)
- 電界を加えることにより機械的歪を発生する圧
電素子とこの圧電素子の電荷を検出する積分手段
と所定の設定信号と共にこの積分手段の出力信号
が入力され前記圧電素子に前記設定信号に対応す
る電荷が印加されるように制御する電荷制御手段
とを有する圧電素子制御回路において、前記設定
信号と前記積分手段の出力信号のいずれかの信号
を分圧してこの分圧電圧を抵抗を介して前記積分
手段の入力端に帰還する帰還手段を具備し、前記
圧電素子の漏れ電流を補正することを特徴とする
圧電素子制御回路。
