Conventionally, in a mold device using this kind of nested mold, a nested mold insertion recess is bored in the mold mounting surface of the mold base, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 60-245512.
The nesting mold is loaded into the nesting mold insertion recess from the direction of the mold mounting surface, and the nesting mold is pressed by pressing means so that the two corresponding surfaces of the nesting mold come into contact with the two orthogonal surfaces of the nesting mold insertion recess. In other words, it is troublesome to accurately drill a nesting mold insertion recess on the mold mounting surface of the mold base, which increases manufacturing costs and complicates the mold structure. Since the thickness is required to be greater than the thickness of , there is a problem that the weight becomes large. Moreover, since the inserting direction of the nesting mold is from the parting surface, when inserting the nesting mold, it is necessary to insert the nesting mold into the fixed side and the movable side separately with the mold open, or to insert the nesting mold in a combined state. After the child mold is inserted into one mold base, the mold is closed and the other mold base is fixed, so that the insertion work is troublesome and involves dangerous work.

That is, the guide member is located outside the reference line and is attached to the mold mounting surface, and the two surfaces are perpendicular to each other so that the reference surfaces are along the mutually orthogonal reference lines on the mold mounting surface. It is mounted on the mold mounting surface so as to abut on the guide member, and the corner in the direction opposite to the corner formed by the two surfaces that abut on the guide member has an obtuse angle with the parting surface. A nested mold formed on an inclined wall surface,
The contact slope formed so as to be able to come into contact with the sloped wall surface of the nesting mold can be moved between a position where it contacts the sloped wall surface and a position where it is removed from the sloped wall surface. a clamp piece that is movable along the inclined wall surface; and a fixing member that is provided on the mold mounting surface and presses the clamp piece in a direction that fixes the insert mold through the contact slope of the clamp piece. It is characterized by having the following.

(Operation) First, move the clamp piece to a position on the mold mounting surface where it does not interfere with insertion of the nested mold, and then insert the nested mold from above the space between the mold mounting surfaces of the movable mold and the fixed mold. do. Next, the clamp piece is moved so that the contact slope of the clamp piece is in a position where it can come into contact with the inclined wall surface of the nested mold, and then the clamp piece is pressed with a fixing member. The inclined wall surface of the nesting mold is pressed through the abutment slope of the clamp piece. As a result, the two corresponding surfaces of the nested mold are pressed against the reference surface of the guide member, and are also pressed in the direction of the mold mounting surface, so that the nested mold is finally positioned and fixed in three axial directions. The nested mold can be removed by reversing the above procedure.

Reference numerals 28 and 29 denote guide members in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped, and as shown in FIG. are removably fixed by bolts 30 so as to be perpendicular to each other. That is, the inner surfaces of both guide members 28 and 29 serve as reference surfaces for positioning the movable nesting die 18, and the reference surfaces are set to be orthogonal to each other along reference lines A and B, respectively, which are orthogonal to each other. In the illustrated embodiment, both guide members 28 and 29 are formed by guide grooves 31 and 32 provided perpendicularly on the movable base 14.

Further, a slide groove 39 having an L-shaped cross section is formed on the surface of the movable base 14, and a clamp piece 40 is slidably fitted into the slide groove 39 at its base. As is clear from FIG. 3, the clamp piece 40 has a slight clearance between it and the slide groove 39 so that it can move up and down a little. An abutting slope 41 is formed that abuts the inclined wall surface 38, and a slope 44 that abuts a slope 43 formed on the lower surface of the fixing member 42 is formed on the other end side.

Next, the clamp piece 40 is returned to the position corresponding to the nested inclined wall surface 38, and the clamp piece 40 is moved through the fixing member 42 by tightening the tightening bolt 46.
presses the inclined wall surface 38, so the movable nesting mold 18
and the fixed nesting mold 19 are both guide members 28, 2.
They are pressed in the direction of the reference plane 9 and come into contact with each other, and are positioned and fixed in the vertical and horizontal directions. At that time, the mold base of the double nested mold is also pressed in the surface direction, so
The space between the two nested molds is slightly opened, and each nested mold is pressed against the corresponding mold base surface, so that it is positioned and fixed in the thickness direction as well. In other words, both nested molds 18 and 19 are fixed in three axial directions. At the same time, since a coupler 36 is provided between the nesting molds 18, 19 and the lower guide member 29, a cooling water circuit 35 is also connected.

In addition, to use nested molds with different external sizes,
This problem can be solved by changing the size (width) of both guide members 28 and 29 to correspond to the size of the nested mold. Alternatively, by preparing various clamp pieces 40 with different positions of the abutting slopes 41 that press the inclined wall surfaces 38 of the nesting molds, nesting molds of different external sizes can be loaded.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, according to the mold device according to the present invention,
The structure of the entire device is simplified, making it lighter in weight, easy to process, and reducing costs. The workability of replacing the nested mold is good, it can be replaced quickly and safely, and the replacement of the nested mold can be easily automated. Furthermore, since there are fewer obstacles when inserting the nesting mold, it is possible to use a larger nesting mold than before, and it is also possible to use nesting molds of various sizes.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A guide member located outside the reference line and mounted on the mold mounting surface so that the reference planes are along mutually orthogonal reference lines on the mold mounting surface, and mutually The mold is mounted on the mold mounting surface so that the two orthogonal surfaces contact the guide member, and the corner in the direction opposite to the corner formed by the two surfaces contacting the guide member is the parting surface. A nesting mold formed on a sloped wall surface with an obtuse included angle, and a position where the contact slope formed so as to be able to come into contact with the sloped wall surface of the nesting mold contacts the sloped wall surface and a position where it deviates from the sloped wall surface. a clamp piece provided so as to be movable on the mold mounting surface along the inclined wall surface so as to be able to move between the clamp pieces; and a fixing member that presses a clamp piece in a direction to fix the insert die.
