A guide arm 40 is integrally fixed to each of the rotating hood ribs 8, and one end 16a of a belt 16 is fixed to an anchor 15 provided on the inner side surface of the rear region of the vehicle body, as shown in FIG. There is. With the top 1 attached as shown in FIG. 4, this belt 16 extends from one end 16a along the inside surface of the back window 2, passes between the tip of the guide arm 40 and the top 1, The direction is changed forward by the arm 40, and the direction is changed forward along the inside surface of the hood 1.
X 1 , then hung on the horizontal support 13, turned, and again extended rearward X 2 , the rotation arm 1
The other end 16b of the belt is fixed to the tip 12a of the belt. At this time, the belt 16 is strongly pulled and is in a tense state, so the rotating arm 12 is pulled by the belt 16 in the direction opposite to the direction indicated by the arrow Y in FIG. It is held in a protruding state. Therefore, the rear part of the top 1 is supported by the arm tip 12a, and is maintained in a predetermined configuration as shown in FIG. Further, the backwind 2 is formed with a protrusion 2a extending along its periphery, and this protrusion 2a is pressed in the direction of arrow C (FIG. 4) by the belt 16 under tension. Therefore, the weather strip 17 fixed around the back window 2 is pressed against the periphery of the window hole of the top 1, and rainwater and wind are prevented from entering the interior of the vehicle through the space between the back window 2 and the window hole 14. In this way, the belt 16 also serves to maintain the sealing performance between the backwind 2 and the window hole 14. In this case, anchor 15
Since the protrusion 2a of the back window 2 protrudes inward from the straight line connecting the belt fixing position and the point where the belt 16 of the guide arm 40 contacts, the belt 16 securely holds the back window 2 against the top 1. can be pressed to improve its sealing performance. Note that the protrusion 2a of the backwind 2 has a fourth
As clearly shown in the figure and FIG. 5a, a belt detachment prevention member 41 is fixedly installed, through which the belt 16 passes, and this prevents the belt 16 from detaching from the backwind 2 or shifting laterally. Inconveniences are prevented. Each guide arm 40 for the same purpose
As shown in FIG. 5, a belt detachment prevention member 42 is fixed to the belt, and the belt 16 passes through it.

As is clear from FIGS. 2, 5, and 5a, one end of a protruding arm 20 is fixed to the lower part of the backwind 2, and a guide roller 21 is rotatably supported at the other end of the protruding arm 20. but,
It is rotatably fitted into guides consisting of guide rails 22 provided on both sides of the vehicle body 4. The guide rail 22 extends downward or diagonally downward, and serves to guide the lower part of the back window 2 downward or diagonally downward when the rotating canopy rib 8 is rotated rearward to store the canopy 1 as described later. The illustrated guide rail 22 extends diagonally backward in a curved state. It is also possible for this guide to be formed by a part of the vehicle body.

When opening the roof 3, as shown in Figures 1b and 1c, by pushing the roof 3 backward from its front end side, the canopy ribs 10, 9, and 8 are sequentially bent at their pivot points, and the canopy 1 is folded. If possible, the back window 2 can be folded and stored with just this operation. That is, as shown in FIG.
When the canopy 1 is stowed by rotating backward (clockwise) around the pin 7, the distance between the anchor 15, which securely locks one end of the belt 16, and the horizontal support 13, which turns the belt 16, decreases. , the belt 16 that had been tightened until then loosens. This allows belt 1
6 is weakened or released, the rotation of the rotation arm 12 is allowed, and the arm 12 pulls the pivot pin 11 under its own weight.
The tip 12a is rotated clockwise as shown in FIG. 6, and the tip 12a descends downward. At the same time, the upper part of the backwind 2 also descends, and the guide roller 21 moves diagonally downward while rolling on the guide rail 22, and the lower part of the backwind 2 moves downward onto the guide rail 22.
Move diagonally downward along. In this way, the backwind 2 moves away from the window hole 14 of the top 1, passes through the state shown in FIG. 7, and is placed in the storage position as shown in FIG.
(Fig. 1 c) is also folded together with the top 1, and Fig. 1 c

The roof 3 can be closed by performing the operation opposite to the above-mentioned operation, and at that time, the rotating canopy 8 is
When returning to the position shown in the figures and FIG. 3, the distance between the anchor 15 and the horizontal support 13 increases,
6 is pulled and tensioned again as shown by arrow Y in FIG. 4, lifting the pivoting arm 12 to the position shown in FIGS. 2-5 and pushing the backwind 2 into its use position. The backwind 2, which has been returned to the operating position shown in FIG. Pressed from inside the vehicle to ensure sealing.
In this way, the back window 2 can be stored or brought to the use position simply by opening and closing the top 1, and when the back window returns to the use position, the back window is automatically pressed against the top 1 to seal the space between the two. I can do it. Therefore, there is no need for the conventional work such as closing the fastener when setting the back window or storing it. Also, when the rotating canopy 8 returns to the positions shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the belt 16 is guided by the guide arm 40 fixed to the canopy 8, so it passes near the rotating arm 12. There is no possibility that the belt portion exerts pressure on the rotating arm 12 and prevents the arm 12 from returning to the positions shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, and each member can be operated smoothly.

The rotating hood can also be configured to be rotated by a driving means such as a fluid pressure cylinder or a motor provided on the vehicle body, and the front part of the roof consists of a roof panel operated by a driving device. In such cases, it is a good idea to operate the rotating canopy and roof panel in conjunction with each other.

[Scope of Claims] 1. The vehicle has a hood made of a flexible material and a back window made of a rigid body separate from the hood, and when the hood is attached to cover the upper opening of the vehicle body, the back window is attached to the hood. In a convertible vehicle that covers the rear window hole from the inside of the vehicle and opens the upper opening of the vehicle body by folding and storing the hood and back window, it is pivotably mounted on both sides of the rear area of the vehicle body so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction. A rotating hood frame to which the hood is attached, a horizontal support that extends in the lateral direction of the car body and fixedly connects both rotating hood bones, and a horizontal support that protrudes rearward when the hood is attached to the upper opening and is used to store the hood. Accordingly, a rotating arm is rotatably connected to the rotating hood bone so that its tip descends downward, a belt is fixed at one end to the rear region of the vehicle body, and the rotating hood bone is rotated rearward. and a guide for guiding the lower part of the back window downward or diagonally downward when the hood is moved and stored, the tip of the rotating arm is pivoted to the upper part of the back window, and the belt is attached to the hood in a state where
The guide arm extends from the one end along the inside surface of the back window, and is turned forward by a guide arm that is integrally fixed to the rotating hood bone, and moves forward along the inside surface of the hood. The belt extends, then is hung on the horizontal support, changed direction, and extends rearward again, the other end being fixed to the tip of the rotating arm, and when the canopy is attached, the belt is pulled. By applying tension, the rotating arm is held in a rearwardly projecting position to hold the back window in a predetermined position covering the rear window hole, and the rotating hood bone is rotated rearward to store the hood. The convertible vehicle is characterized in that when the belt loosens, the rotating arm is allowed to rotate in a direction in which the tip of the rotating arm is lowered by its own weight.
