3Iが差出されている。該濾板2の複数個を該機
枠1に取付けるには該濾板2の支持腕3H,3I
を機枠1の左右側枠1D,1Eに支持させる。そ
して該複数個の濾板2の前端には固定盤4が配さ
れ、後端には押圧杆6が連結された押盤5が配さ
れる。該押圧杆6は機枠1の前端部に設けられた
駆動歯車7付きのメネジブロツク8に螺合する。
駆動歯車7は歯車7Aを介して電動機9に連絡す
る。濾過にあたつては第8図に示すように濾板2
間に濾布10を挾着し固定盤4と押盤5とにより
該複数個の濾板2を挾持固定する。このように該
複数個の濾板2が閉じた状態では第9図に示すよ
うに複数個の濾板2からなる濾過ブロツク11に
角濾板2の導入孔3Dにより形成される被処理液
導入路12、導孔3Fにより形成される瀘液排出
路13が存在し該導入路12にはポンプ14、圧
力計15Aを付した圧力調整タンク15が介在す
る被処理液の圧入路16が固定盤4を介して連絡
している。

いた状態の濾板の最前端のものの位置で濾板開閉
装置を停止せしめ、後側の当接片を電磁的に突出
せしめて濾板支持腕の後面に当接させてから濾板
開閉装置を前進させると、該濾板は濾板開閉装置
によつて前方へ搬送される。該濾板を所定の位置
まで搬送したら濾板開閉装置を停止し、次いで後
退させるとともに突出していた当接片を電磁的に
引込め新らしく最前端になつた濾板の位置に停止
せしめ、前述と同様にして濾板を前方へ搬送す
る。

グ20A内に収納せられる一対のソレノイド20
B,20Cと、該ソレノイド20B,20Cによ
り出没せられる一対の当接片20D,20Eから
なり、一方の濾板開閉装置20には前後に近接ス
イツチであるセンサー20F,20G、他方の濾
板開閉装置20には前側に近接スイツチであるセ
ンサー20Hが取付けられている。

出され、もしセンサー20Hが取付けられていな
い場合にはこの時点でモーター22がセンサー2
0Fからの信号で停止してしまい濾板2相互間に
隙間が出来てしまう。そこでセンサー20F,2
0HをAND的に結合し両方のセンサー20F,
20Hが濾板2を感知しなければタイマー、モー
ター22が作動、停止しないようにして濾板2傾
むきを訂正可能にしたのである。

より前後摺動可能に取付けたフイルタープレスに
おいて、機枠両側に駆動源によつて前後に走行せ
しめられる濾板開閉装置を取付け、該濾板開閉装
置は電磁的に出没する一対の当接片からなり、該
当接片の一方は濾板支持腕の前面に当接し、他方
は該支持腕の後面に当接することを特徴とするフ
イルタープレスにおける濾板開閉機構。 2 該濾板開閉装置には濾板を検出するセンサー
が取付けられ、該センサーは該濾板開閉装置の当
接片の電磁的出没手段と、駆動源とに連絡するこ
とを特徴とする「特許請求の範囲第1項」に記載
のフイルタープレスにおける濾板開閉機構。
