本考案は例えば電線の端末処理作業に使用され
る手動油圧式工具において、その工具ヘツド部と
ポンプ部とを着脱自在にしてポンプ部のみの共用
を図り、各種油圧式工具の取付を可能とした工具

合、工具ヘツド部とポンプ部とが一体となつた各
種油圧式工具を狭いボツクス内に持込むことは足
場を悪くして作業性の面や作業者の安全面におい
て好ましくなく、又高所作業車には重量制限があ
ることからも好ましくない。

ル6と、ボデイ2先端部(左方)の工具着脱部A
を主要部として構成されている。把手部3の後端
にはキヤツプ3Aが螺着されていて、これを取り
外すことによりオイルタンク5の栓5Aを開口し
てオイル4の補給および交換が容易になし得る。
図示しない油圧発生手段はラムシリンダとラムか
らなる公知のポンプ機構でラムシリンダ内をラム
が上下摺動することによりオイルタンク5内のオ
イル4が吸引されて圧油が形成されるようにな
る。前記加圧ハンドル6はこのラムピストンに連
結されている。ボデイ2の先端部は有底筒状とな
つていて内部に油室Rが形成され、工具着脱部A
はこの油室Rに回動可能状態で嵌入してなるエン
ドキヤツプ7と、前記有底筒状に開口したボデイ
2の外周に螺着してエンドキヤツプ7の抜け止め
とその回動を固定する段付係止リング8とにより
構成されている。エンドキヤツプ7には鋼球9と
この鋼球を閉弁側に付勢するスプリング10とか
らなる油圧継手C(雌カツプラー)が内蔵され、
後記する工具ヘツド部に設けられた雄カツプラー
と対をなして連結されるようになつている。また
エンドキヤツプ7(油圧継手C)の左方開口部に
は雌ネジ7Aが螺刻され工具ヘツド部が螺着され
るようになつている。11,12は油室Rの圧油
の漏洩を防止するOリングおよびバツクアツプリ
ングで、又13,14は工具ヘツド側の雄カツプ
ラーが連結された際に圧油の漏洩を防止するため
のOリングおよびバツクアツプリングである。1
5は圧油の供給油路で前記図示しないラムシリン
ダと連通し、又16は工具ヘツド側の作動油の戻
し油路で前記オイルタンク5に連通している。

に、エンドキヤツプ7の開口部に形成された雌ネ
ジ7Aに螺着される雄ネジFを設けることによ
り、工具ヘツドSは容易に手動ポンプ1に接続す
ることができる。また接続後における工具ヘツド
S,Pは、段付係止リング8を緩めることにより
エンドキヤツプ7と共に回動自在となり、又締め
ることによりその回動を固定できることから電線

運搬時の労力も減ずる効果がある。
