【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は一般家庭や料亭などで鰹節、鯖節など
の魚節を切削して削り節を得る魚節切削器に関す
るものであり、魚節を片手で容易に且つ安全に切
削できるようにしたものである。
