[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The present invention is applicable to window members and doors made of plate-shaped bodies, particularly glass plates, synthetic resin plates, etc., such as flat or curved plate-shaped raw or reinforced window members. The present invention relates to a plate-like body equipped with a holder member that can be used as a member, particularly for vehicles that require lifting and lowering, and movable window glass for automobiles.

For example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-25931 describes a holder for a vehicle window glass, and the window glass holder is provided between the vehicle window glass and a vertical movement mechanism for vertically moving the window glass. A U-groove that can hold the lower edge of the window glass and a hard synthetic resin holder with a nut embedded in the hole are molded, and the inside surface of the U-groove has thin irregularities to improve the adhesion of the adhesive. It is disclosed that protrusions are formed on both ends of the U-groove to prevent the adhesive from extruding at the same time as the holder is molded. ,
A process of bonding an adhesive tape with an adhesive layer coated on the surface in a U-shape to the bottom or both sides of the window glass at the location where the glass support member is attached to the glass support member of an automobile window glass, the adhesive layer being applied to the adhesive layer. An automobile consisting of a process of applying a solvent to melt the adhesive, and a process of press-fitting the same part into a slightly narrow U-shaped groove of a glass support member while the adhesive remains in a molten state. It is known that a method of joining a window glass and a glass support member is described, and that a U-shaped groove forms a number of horizontal grooves on the inner surface of the groove.

As mentioned above, when molding the holder separately, it is necessary to create a complicated shape, such as the need to provide protrusions to prevent the adhesive from extruding and a large number of finely uneven surfaces to strengthen the adhesive force. It is a type of mold that does not have a complicated mold and is prone to molding defects, and also requires a long time for the adhesive to dry and solidify when gluing the holder to the window glass. However, it cannot be said to be effective, and during the drying and fixing process, the curvature of the holder and the window glass is likely to be distorted, making it impossible to attach it to the automobile. In rare cases, the adhesive deteriorates and separates, and when bonded using adhesive tape,
Frictional resistance during press-fitting of glass is even smaller, and the confining pressure is small, so it is not always possible to create a bond strong enough to withstand a large load, and the work of adhesion and hardening cannot be completed in a short time. None of them can be said to be sufficient.

On the other hand, in recent years, there has been a tendency for plate-shaped objects, especially window glass, to become larger and thinner. For example, in the case of automobile window glass, there are many hard-top and suspensionless cars, etc., in order to reduce weight and improve appearance. In today's situation where the application of enormous force is unavoidable, and there is also a strong trend toward luxury, it is important to utilize the space within the door frame to store and install other accessories, or to install various accessories on the inner panel of the door. Although it is desired to have functions, this is not always fully satisfactory.

The present invention has been made in view of the conventional drawbacks, and in addition to integrally molding the holder member to the plate-shaped body and directly fixing it, the present invention has a flat surface surrounded by the holder member on the edge of the plate-shaped body. The present invention provides a plate-shaped body including a holder member that is provided with a dish-shaped convex strip to ensure strong integration on the plate-shaped strip side.

That is, a planar plate-shaped convex strip covered by at least the holder member is provided at a required location on the edge of the plate-like body, and a plate-shaped protrusion is provided from the peripheral edge of both the front and back sides surrounding the planar plate-shaped protrusion to the corresponding edge surface. The present invention provides a plate-shaped body including a holder member that is integrally molded from resin.

Here, the required location on the peripheral edge of the plate-like body where the holder member is integrally molded is preferably the lower edge side of the plate-like body, but depending on the raising/lowering method and opening/closing method of the plate-like body, one side of the plate-like body may be used. Alternatively, it may be placed on both side edges or the upper edge, and the number of integrally molded holder members may be one or two in a wide area.
It may be divided into more than one piece, and the selection thereof depends on the above-mentioned lifting/lowering and opening/closing method, balance due to the size of the plate-like body, weight, shape, etc.

In addition, the planar dish-shaped protruding stripes provided on the plate-shaped body have a planar shape with the lateral edges of the protruding stripes in a swollen state, and are surrounded by a holder member, that is, resin, to provide a snagging resistance effect. At the same time, since the holder member covers not only the planar dish-shaped convex stripes of the plate-like body but also the corresponding peripheral edge of the plate-like body, the force acting on the neck portion of the planar dish-like convex stripes is reduced. is reinforced to ensure that the fracture strength of the part is sufficient.

As mentioned above, the plate-shaped body equipped with the holder member of the present invention is provided with a plate-like convex strip at a required location on the end edge of the plate-shaped body by inflating the lateral edge, and the front and back surfaces surrounding the location are provided. From the peripheral edge of the plate to the corresponding edge surface, the resin is integrally molded and fixed directly, increasing the fixed edge surface between the plate and the holder member and providing a hooking effect. It has sufficient durability against the shearing force that is applied on the fixed surface when moving the body, such as when moving up and down, and is far more durable than conventional products that are simply glued together.
This allows for much stronger adhesion than when the plate-shaped objects are integrally molded without any processing, and the work of gluing the plate-shaped objects such as glass plates and the holder member as in the past is now easier. Compared to conventional methods, the forming process is instantaneous, so there is no need to worry about curvature or other problems when attaching the holder member to the glass plate, etc., and the holder member can be formed and attached at the same time, reducing overall man-hours and reducing the need for adhesives. Since it is no longer necessary and can be held more securely, it can be made lighter, smaller, and thinner than before, and can be used for vehicle or automobile window glass, architectural window glass and door glass, and glass doors for furniture. It can be widely adopted for various uses such as.
