明は前記要望に対処すべく開発したものである。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Various types of caisson revetments and the like having wave-dissipating functions have been proposed and put into practical use. By the way, when wave dissipation is required with a steel plate cell revetment, wave dissipating blocks are placed on the seaward front of the cells to provide the wave dissipating function.
The upright part at the front of the cell is virtually eliminated, making it unusable as a mooring quay and increasing construction costs. Therefore, if a through hole is to be provided in the front wall of the cell body to create a retarding area inside, as in the case of a caisson, a structure corresponding to this is required. This invention has been developed to meet the above demand.

The sea side is made of a wall made of double steel plates at required intervals and concrete filled between the steel plates, and a large number of water permeable holes are formed in the wall so that water can be retarded inside the wall within the steel plate cell body. The space is configured to serve as a wave-dissipating cell revetment.

A large number of water permeable holes 7 are formed by embedding the water in the water. Further, within this steel plate cell body 1, a water retarding space A is formed inside the wall, and the remaining space is filled with filler soil 8. The partition wall 9 between the water retarding space A and the filling soil 8 is made of concrete or by filling concrete between double steel plates.

A concrete slab 11 is provided above the water retarding space A, and the slab 11 is provided with through holes 12 and a grating cover for reducing the uplift force acting on the cells due to waves.

In addition, since the wall is constructed by filling concrete between double steel plates, it can provide sufficient rigidity and strength even if it has many through holes and a water retarding space inside. is also easy. Furthermore, it maintains the shape of an upright seawall and prevents an increase in the height of reflected waves.
