Claims (1)
- 高周波電源と、該電源からの高周波電力が整合
回路を介して供給される負荷と、該整合回路の第
１のインダクタンス素子と、互いに直列接続され
た第２のインダクタンス素子及びコンデンサ素子
より成る回路であつて、前記第１のインダクタン
ス素子に並列接続された回路と、該第２のインダ
クタンス素子とコンデンサ素子の接続点に該各素
子に直列に接続された抵抗素子と、該抵抗素子に
印加される電圧を検出する回路と、該検出された
電圧、第２のインダクタンス素子のインダクタン
ス値、前記コンデンサ素子の容量値、前記抵抗素
子の抵抗値、及び前記高周波電源の周波数に基づ
いて負荷電流を算出する手段とを具備した高周波
装置。
