下端の攪拌羽根１０の回転により熱風として鍋１
内を回流させ、従来のオーブンより低い150乃至
200C位の温度で蒸し焼き調理をなし得るもので
ある。そして、発熱部付蓋１６を利用するため、
鍋１をガスコンロに載せることなく、電気炊飯器
と同様に台所の適当な場所で鍋１を鍋受け２０に
受けさせた状態で簡易に調理をなし得るものであ
る。また、第４図に示す様に発熱部付蓋１６を取
外して通常の鍋蓋２３を鍋１を組合せることによ
りガスコンロを利用した煮炊きに利用し得る等、
