〔産業上の利用分野〕
この考案は直火によつて熱せられ、内部に収容
した餃子を焼いて調理するための餃子焼き具に関

する伝熱壁3bとそれらを結ぶ中央部3aが設け
られ、その中央部3aに前記伝熱壁3bに連なる
多数の放熱壁3cを立設した点に特徴がある。

れたものであるが、これに限るものではなく、更
に、必ずしも鋳鉄に限らず鋳造用の軽合金であつ
てもよいことは勿論である。

て加熱でき美味な餃子Gを焼き上げることができ
る効果がある。
