し斜めに形成されている。7は締着筒3の外周面
を示し、連結部2の側が太くなるテーパ状に形成
してある。次に17は締着筒3の外周側に配設し
た回動筒で、その内周面18は前記外周面7と平
行なテーパ状に形成してある。又外周面には周知
のスパナ掛溝19が形成してある。次に締着筒3
と回動筒17との間に配設された部材について説
明する。21は案内筒で、複数の案内孔22が形
成されており、各案内孔22には多数のローラ2

22の案内縁23は案内筒21の中心軸線31に
