[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a heat-retaining cushion material used for outdoor benches such as baseball field benches and park benches.

Benches at baseball fields and parks are mainly made of plastic.
Because they are made of wood, they are hard, cold, and uncomfortable to sit on. Therefore, it is more effective to spread cushions, etc.

Although the cushions are comfortable to sit on because they have cotton or polyurethane sponge filling, they have the disadvantage that they absorb moisture and become unusable when it rains because they are used outdoors.

Therefore, in order to prevent the filling of the cushion from getting damp, attempts have been made to cover the entire cushion with a vinyl sheet or polyethylene film. However, plastic sheets feel cold because they absorb human body heat, and the heat retention effect of the futon is blocked by the plastic sheets.
The defect was that it took a long time for the body to warm up, and the texture and texture were poor.

The present invention was made to solve the above-mentioned defects of conventional cushion materials, and its gist is that felt or non-woven fabric is coated on one or both sides of a rigid urethane plate-like body integrally molded from foaming polyurethane resin. This heat-retaining cushion material is characterized in that it is made by laminating the above to form a laminate, and the entire laminate is sealed and packaged with a resin-coated woven fabric.

The heat-retaining cushion material of the present invention uses a laminate consisting of hard urethane foam and felt or non-woven fabric as a material instead of filling, so if you sit on this heat-retaining cushion material, you will feel warm in about 3 minutes. The warmth will last for a long time. Therefore, even if you sit on a concrete bench in a park with this heat-retaining cushion material, you won't feel cold at all.

Furthermore, the resin-coated woven fabric covering the laminate has a better texture than plastic sheets, and since it does not absorb water at all, it can be left outdoors, giving it great practical value.
