【考案の詳細な説明】（産業上の利用分野）本考案は鉄製家具の側壁などに紙片その他を挟
止する機能を具えた吸着具兼用のペンスタンドに

た台盤付のペンスタンドも実公昭44−5715号公報

（考案が解決しようとする問題点）然しながら、これらは夫々単一の機能を有する

１６とを備え台盤８にこれより一まわり大きい逆
皿形状の化粧カバー１８を被せ当該化粧カバー１
８を足部材１４の下面と台盤８の上面との間に上
記のビス１０を以て挟止したことを特徴とする吸
着具兼用ペンスタンドを提供することによつて上

球面ジヤーナル１２および同ジヤーナル１２のソ
ケツト１３が夫々設けられた足部材１４を金属材
料を以て構成し、球面ジヤーナル１２に立上脚部
１５を一体に設けて当該立上脚部１５の先端にラ
スチツク製のペン差し本体１６を螺着すると共に
ネジ孔２５と上記のビス１０の先端突出部とを螺
着して磁石５、台盤８、足部材１４を相互に固定
し、また磁石５の下面に磁性金属材料製板２１を
着脱可能に吸着しこの磁性金属材料製板２１の下
面に感圧接着面２２を設けて当該感圧接着面２２
に離型紙２３を剥離自在に被着し、更に化粧カバ
ー１８の外周壁に連結部材２６を介して伸縮不能
の金属製繋留チエーン１９の基端を連繁し、当該
繋留チエーン１９の先端に回転自在の連結環２８

したので同化粧カバー１８の上記の個所への取付
には格別の固定機構を必要とせずこれを簡単且つ
確固と行うことができるものであつて、本考案は
これによつて前記の目的を充分に達成することが
