    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 家屋の底面に取り付けられた小型軌道輪と、基
    礎に固定され前記小型軌道輪との間に転動体を挟
    み、前記軌道輪と非分離に構成した小型軌道環と
    を具え、さらに家屋底面で前記軌道輪の外側に複
    数の遊動車輪が設けられ、固定地盤上に前記遊動
    車輪を案内する環状レールが設けられたことを特
    徴とする回転式住宅。
