【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本発明は、粉粒体を案内するシユートの内面へ
の粉粒体の付着を防止する装置に関する。

り、最悪時には粉粒体がシユートを詰まらせてし
まうこともある。また付着した粉粒体は湿気によ
り時間とともに変質し、衛生的にも好ましくな
い。シユートの内面に付着した粉粒体を除去する
ために、該公報ではシユートの外面に作動部材を
対向させ、この作動部材を駆動装置によつて直線
的に往復動させることでシユートに打ちつけるよ
うにしている。それによると、作動部材をシユー
トに打ちつけた際に生じるシユートの振動によ
り、粉粒体の除去効果をある程度期待できる。

た支点と、該支点を中心として上記作動部材を往
復回動させる駆動装置とを備え、上記作動部材
は、上記シユートの外面の互いに異なる複数箇所
に夫々対向した複数の槌部を有し、上記駆動装置
による往復回動時に上記複数の槌部が時間差をも
つて上記シユートを打つようにしたことを特徴と
する粉粒体付着防止装置が得られる。

は収納庫(図示せず)に収納されているものとす
る。収納庫から搬出された粉粒体はシユート1の
上端に供給され、シユート1を通過してミキシン
グボール(図示せず)等に送られ、湯水で溶解さ
れてカツプ等に注ぎこまれる。
