- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 単一のマグネトロンの高周波出力を、導波管を
介して複数の加熱室に与えるようにしている高周
波加熱装置において、 前記複数の加熱室の夫々のドアーの開放を検知
するドアー開放検知部と、該ドアー開放検知部が
ドアーの開放を検知した場合に前記マグネトロン
の駆動を停止させる手段とを備えることを特徴と
する高周波加熱装置。
