Because high voltages of tens of thousands of volts are applied, they must be manufactured to be robust. In order to protect the copying machine body and the power cord connector, it is conceivable to integrally mold a fixed resistor connected to the power supply lead wire inside the connector.

When injection molding a connector, it is difficult to position and fix it, and the molten plastic is heated at high temperature (approximately 300℃) and high pressure (approximately 70℃).
Kg/1cm 2 ), the fixed resistor 2 is affected by heat and pressure, and the resistance value changes or decreases due to soldering heat, molding heat, and molding pressure, which is required by safety standards. If a resistance value cannot be obtained, the connector may become unusable, or the main body of the copying machine may be adversely affected.

When arranging the fixed resistors in parallel, unless the fixed resistors are arranged with a certain distance between them, the heat generated from each fixed resistor tends to affect each other.

となる事が多かつた。 Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, in the high voltage connector 1, the fixed resistor 2 to be soldered to the power supply lead wire 4 is coated with a heat-resistant tube 6, guided into a mold, and fused with molten synthetic resin. A method has also been proposed in which the resistor is injected and molded, but it is difficult to position and fix the resistor with a certain distance between it and the resistor to be built in. Moreover, compression due to high temperature and high pressure causes the resistor to move away from the specified position. They often moved and affected adjacent resistors and other parts, causing their resistance to deteriorate and become unusable.
