て配置した加圧治具とを備え、前記半導体基板の表面と
加圧治具との間で突起電極以外の領域に圧縮性の部材を
挟み、前記圧縮性の部材と突起電極とで加圧治具の加圧
力を受け、半導体基板の上の突起電極を一定の高さに成
形する半導体製造装置。1.
