要部縦断側面図であつて、［Ａ］はポンプ羽根車
のボス部内周面をコーン状傾斜面に形成した事例
、［Ｂ］はポンプ羽根車のボス部と連なる軸磨耗
防止用管体の内周面をコーン状傾斜面に形成した
事例である。第２図［Ａ］は第１図［Ａ］の部分
拡大図、第２図［Ｂ］は第１図［Ｂ］の部分拡大
図である。第３図は本考案構造におけるモーター
軸の要部側面図である。第４図［Ａ］は本考案構
造によリモーター軸に嵌合されるポンプ羽根車の
要部縦断側面図、第４図［Ｂ］は本考案構造によ
りモーター軸に嵌合される軸磨耗防止用管体の縦
断側面図である。第５図は従来の嵌合構造におけ
るモーター軸にキヤツプを被装した状態を示す要
部縦断側面図、第６図は従来の嵌合構造による遠
心ポンプの要部縦断側面図である。 １……モーター軸の負荷側導出部、２……軸受

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被嵌着体ボス部の軸径ｄ１よりも、被嵌着体と
    軸受間の軸径ｄ２が大径に形成せられたモーター
    軸において、その小径部から大径部へ移行する部
    分に円錐状傾斜面を介在させ、被嵌着体のボス部
    またはそれと連なる管体の内周面に上記円錐状傾
    斜面と対向するコーン状傾斜面を有せしめ、かつ
    、該コーン状傾斜面の傾斜角度を上記円錐状傾斜
    面の傾斜角度よりも急角度となし、被嵌着体の嵌
    装時にコーン状傾斜面の終端角部が円錐状傾斜面
    の始端角部に係止するよう構成したことを特徴と
    するモーター軸と被嵌着体との嵌合構造。
