Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 互いに平行に配置された一対のガイド部材と、
    この一対のガイド部材に摺動可能に取り付けられ
    ミラーを保持するミラー移動枠と、このミラー移
    動枠と往復摺動させて画像読み取り走査と復帰走
    査とを行わせる駆動モータと、この駆動モータの
    駆動力をミラー移動枠へ伝える駆動伝達手段とを
    備え、 さらに、駆動伝達手段に設けられ、ミラー移動
    枠の画像読み取り走査時にのみ作動してその時の
    駆動モータの回転力を抑制し、それによつて画像
    読み取り走査時における駆動モータの回転振動を
    減少させうるダンパー機構とを具備してなる露光
    走査装置。
