- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 静電潜像を形成するための潜像担持体と、該潜
像担持体に近接して、使用トナー色に応じて複数
個配置され、前記静電潜像にトナーを付着させる
ための現像スリーブを有する現像器とを備え、 該現像スリーブの正転によつて現像を行ない、
逆転によつて該現像スリーブのトナー穂切りを行
なう画像形成装置において、 前記現像時および穂切り時に現像スリーブに印
加するバイアス電圧を、穂切り時には現像時の極
性とは逆の極性とすることを特徴とする画像形成
装置。
