Claims (1)
- 反射膜をもつガラスをフレームに支持すると共
に、振動子の励振を裏面電極から前記反射膜を介
して前記ガラスに伝えて振動させ、前記ガラス表
面に付着した水滴を空中へ飛散させる水滴除去装
置において、前記反射膜とフレームが同電位に保
たれていることを特徴とする超音波による水滴除
去装置。
