【表】DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multilayer film for packaging, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a multilayer film for packaging that is suitable as a material for medium-weight bags and has excellent blocking resistance and loadability. . Conventionally, low-density polyethylene and high-density polyethylene films have been used as packaging materials for heavy goods such as fertilizer, rice, and wheat. Inflation molding is also used in its production due to its moldability and bag-making properties. However, low-density polyethylene film has low mechanical strength, so it must be thick when used, and high-density polyethylene film does not have sufficient tear strength and has problems with sealing performance, loading performance, etc. Ta. Therefore, in order to solve the problems of these single-layer films, high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, polypropylene, or a mixture thereof is used as an intermediate layer (core material), and the inner and outer layers are made of low-density polyethylene. Various two- and three-layer films have been proposed using high-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, and the like. By the way, when producing these multilayer films by inflation molding, two types of resins can be co-extruded using two extruders, but when the obtained film is made into bags, Since the surface properties required for bag opening, loading performance, etc. are different, lubricants, additives, etc. may be added to each of the inner and outer layers in order to achieve the physical properties that suit the purpose even though they are made of the same type of resin. Alternatively, by using resins with different properties such as density, three extruders, compounding means, operations, and equipment similar to those for laminating three substantially different resins are required. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a multilayer packaging film that overcomes these drawbacks. The present invention provides a three-layer laminated packaging film made of two types of thermoplastic resins forming an intermediate layer and inner/outer layers, and a thermoplastic resin forming the inner layer and outer layer when produced by a coextrusion inflation molding method. A material containing a lubricant was used, and the thickness ratio of the inner layer and outer layer was set to inner layer: outer layer = 80 to 53: 20 to 47, and intermediate layer: inner/outer layer = 90 to 30: 10 to 70. The present invention provides a method for producing a multilayer film for packaging, which is characterized by the following. The thermoplastic resin used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and includes high-density polyethylene, medium-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene (ethylene-α-olefin copolymer), polypropylene, and propylene-ethylene copolymer. , polyolefin resins such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, ethylene-acrylic acid ester copolymers, or mixtures thereof; polystyrene resins; polyvinyl chloride resins; polyvinylidene chloride resins; nylon-6; nylon-6,6 ; polyester resin; polyvinyl alcohol resin and the like. Particularly preferred are polyolefin resins. The intermediate layer or core layer in the multilayer film is high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene,
Preferred are mixtures of high density polyethylene and low density polyethylene, mixtures of high density polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene, polypropylene, mixtures of low density polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene, and the like. Furthermore, low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and mixtures thereof are suitable for the inner and outer layers. In the present invention, a lubricant is added to the resin forming the inner and outer layers. A lubricant is a substance that imparts physical properties such as anti-blocking properties and slip properties to a thermoplastic resin film, and specifically includes fatty acid amides such as olefinic acid amide, erucic acid amide, and stearic acid amide; Fatty acids; fatty acid metal salts such as calcium stearate and calcium palmitate; fatty acid esters such as n-butyl stearate and methyl hydroxy stearate; silicone oil, talc, and silica. Particularly preferred are fatty acid amides, and it is further preferred to use fatty acid amides, fatty acids, etc. together with talc, silica, etc. There is no particular limit to the amount of these lubricants added, but
0.01 to 2.0% by weight based on the thermoplastic resin of the outer layer,
Preferably it is 0.02 to 1.0% by weight. If the amount added is outside this range, the opening and stacking properties of the bag will not be sufficient when used for packaging medium and heavy items. Moreover, various additives other than a lubricant can be added to the resin forming the inner and outer layers, if necessary. Specific examples include antistatic agents, antioxidants, and colorants. In the present invention, when manufacturing a multilayer packaging film (hereinafter simply referred to as a multilayer film) by coextrusion inflation molding using the two types of resins described above, two extruders are used to form a core layer. The resin to be formed and the resins to form the inner and outer layers are individually melted and kneaded. The kneading conditions vary depending on the resin used, film size, extrusion conditions, etc., and are not unique, and may be determined as appropriate. When extruding the melted and kneaded resin through an annular die of an extruder and performing inflation molding, the layer thickness ratio between the inner layer and the outer layer of the multilayer film is inner layer:outer layer=
Adjust so that it becomes 80-53:20-47. here,
If the outer layer is thicker than the inner layer, the coefficient of friction on the inner surface of the film becomes greater than the coefficient of friction on the outer surface of the film, although the reason is not clear, and a film that satisfies both bag opening and stacking properties cannot be obtained. . Moreover, the layer thickness of the intermediate layer (core layer) is usually in the range of core layer:inner/outer layer=90-30:10-70. Furthermore, the thickness of the multilayer film can be determined by taking into account its intended use, but it is generally 20 mm thick.
~300μ, preferably 30-200μ. In principle, the core layer in the present invention is formed from one layer, but if necessary, it may be formed into two layers by adding adhesive resins such as other polyolefin resins, ionomers, and unsaturated carboxylic acid-modified polyolefin resins. Or it may be more than that. In the multilayer film obtained by the present invention, the inner and outer layers have different thicknesses, and the surface properties of the two layers are different. Here, the inflation molding conditions are not particularly limited, but usually the blow ratio is 1 to 7, preferably 1.2.
~6. Further, as a cooling method, usually a single-stage or multi-stage air cooling method using an air ring is used, but a water cooling method using bottom blow inflation can also be adopted. In the multilayer film obtained by the method of the present invention, the inner layer and the outer layer have different surface properties, especially the coefficient of static friction, with the inner layer having a coefficient of friction of 0.25 or less, preferably 0.23 or less, and the outer layer having a coefficient of 0.30 or more, preferably 0.32 or more. . The method of the present invention is not only easier to form a film than conventional methods, but also requires only two extrusion molding machines, so it is advantageous not only in terms of operation but also in terms of equipment costs. Moreover, this brings about indirect effects such as fewer mistakes in blending resin components. Furthermore, when bags are made from the multilayer film obtained by the method of the present invention, bags with good loading and opening properties can be obtained by forming the outer layer with a large coefficient of static friction on the outer surface. Therefore, such bags are useful as various packaging bags, especially medium and heavy weight bags. Next, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to examples. Examples 1 to 4 The first resin was used as the resin constituting the inner/outer layer and the core layer.
The thermoplastic resin shown in the table is used, and the resin for the inner and outer layers is 0.05% by weight of oleic acid amide and 0.25% of silica.
% by weight was added and melt-kneaded using two 40 mmφ extruders. Next, a circular die (diameter
200mmφ, lip spacing 2mm, die temperature 180℃), extrusion was performed to obtain the layer thickness ratio shown in Table 1, and inflation molding was performed at a blow ratio of 4.0.
A two-layer, three-layer film with a thickness of 120 μm was obtained. Table 1 shows the measurement results of the static friction coefficients of the inner and outer surfaces of the obtained film. The obtained film was made into a bag to make a 20 kg fertilizer bag, and the filling opening performance and stacking performance were evaluated and found to be excellent. Comparative Examples 1 to 2 As shown in Table 1, a multilayer film was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the inner layer of the multilayer film was made thinner than the outer layer. The results are shown in Table 1. 【table】
