Claims (1)
- チツプ抵抗基板をレーザ光線により切削し所定
の抵抗値を得るのに使用するレーザトリミング装
置に使われるプローブカードマウントにおいて、
プローブカードを保持する機構と、プローブカー
ドを保持しかつ移動する機構及び駆動源を有し制
御信号によりプローブカードを移動できることを
可能としたことを特徴とするプローブカードマウ
ント。
