- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 水晶振動子と、トランジスタと、抵抗及びコン
デンサと、発振周波数の微調整を行うためのトリ
ミングキヤパシタとで、構成された水晶発振回路
において、 前記トリミングキヤパシタの接続される回路に
可変容量ダイオードと、この可変容量ダイオード
を制御するＤ／Ａコンバータと、バツフアアンプ
とを設け、マイクロプロセツサよりＤ／Ａコンバ
ータに入力されるトリミングデータによつて、水
晶発振回路の発振周波数を微調整するように構成
したことを特徴とする周波数微調整回路。
