係わる水平釜の縦断面図である。第４図〜第７図
は従来例に係わり、第４図は水平釜の平面図、第
５図は水平釜の縦断面図、第６図は張力付与部材
の分解斜視図、第７図は形成された縫い目の模式
図である。 １０は外釜、１１は外釜に設けた磁石、２０，
２１は内釜、２２は内釜底部の磁性素材、４０，
４５は下糸ボビン、４１はフランジ部、４２，４
６は透明部、４３，４４，４７，４８は不透明部
である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ミシンの水平釜において、下糸ボビンのフラ
ンジ部に下糸の適正残量を目視確認するために透
明部と不透明部とを設け、不透明部で内釜との摩
擦力により下糸ボビンの空転を防止するようにし
たことを特徴とする水平釜の下糸ボビンの構造。 下糸ボビンの不透明部に内釜との摩擦係数を
増加させるためのシボ加工が施されていることを
特徴とする請求項１に記載の水平釜の下糸ボビン
の構造。 下糸ボビンの不透明部に内釜との摩擦係数を
増加させるための塗料が塗布されていることを特
徴とする請求項１に記載の水平釜の下糸ボビンの
構造。 水平釜の内釜の底部に磁性素材を設け、外釜
に設けた磁石との磁気力により内釜の遊動を防止
するようにしたミシンの水平釜において、下糸ボ
ビンのフランジ部に下糸の適正残量を目視確認す
るために透明部と不透明部とを設け、該不透明部
に磁石微粉末を塗布し内釜底部の磁性素材との吸
引力により下糸ボビンに制動力を与えることを特
徴とする水平釜の下糸ボビンの構造。 下糸ボビンの不透明部に磁性素材の微粉末を
塗布し、外釜の磁石との吸引力により、下糸ボビ
ンに制動力を与えることを特徴とする請求項に
記載の水平釜の下糸ボビンの構造。
