- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一次冷材が供給される管路を有し、該一次冷材
により凝固点付近の温度に冷却される二次冷材が
充填された断熱性の冷材容器と、伝熱性の良好な
素材よりなる上記冷材容器内の密閉容器とを備え
、 上記密閉容器が、浄化ガスの入口及び出口、並
びに該容器を流れるガスから冷却による液化で水
分を除去するための焼結金属フイルタを備えてい
る、 ことを特徴とするガス浄化装置。
