- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 触媒樹脂の充填層を有する脱酸素反応塔に給水
を導く給水管に水素ガスを注入し、上記脱酸素反
応塔から脱酸素水を得る脱酸素装置において、 上記給水管の途中にエゼクターを設け、脱酸素
反応塔の上部と、上記エゼクターの吸込口を余剰
水素ガスの返送管で接続したことを特徴とする脱
酸素装置。
