Abstract

PURPOSE:To bring a shield into close contact with a circuit board, to effectively make use of a structural space and to enhance a whole shielding effect by a method wherein a shielding material is sandwiched between soft and insulating polyethylene materials to form a bag-shaped structure and a vacuum suction operation can be executed. CONSTITUTION:A shielding material 1 is formed as a bag 2 which shields noises which are generated electrically and mechanically; it has a structure where a circuit board 3 is inserted into the bag in a wrapped state. A suction operation is executed form a suction port 4 by using an external vacuum apparatus; and the circuit board 3 is mounted closely in a bag-shaped and shielded state. A connecting part 5 to be connected to the circuit board 3 is connected; the suction operation is executed form the suction port 4; and after that, the opening part of a bag-shaped shield is closed by a thermal calking operation 6. Thereby, it is possible to be brought into close contact with the circuit board and to effectively make use of a structural space. Since the whole is covered, the whole can be shielded.
