【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、２つのプレートを、特
に家具プレートを、解離可能に結合するための結合具で
あって、ほぼ円筒形の締付け部を備え、該締付け部は、
挿入孔を有する切欠き内に締付けピンの頭部を受容して
おり、その際その側壁の外周部分を超えて片側が開放さ
れているスリットが設けられている形式のものに関する
。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】この種の公知の結合具にあっては、締付
けピンが切欠き内に挿入されて、締付け部によって締め
付けられている。この場合の欠点は、家具プレートが組
立の際に保持されて、締付けピンが締付け部の操作の前
に切欠きから滑り出ないようになっていなければならな
いという点である。同じように公知の別の家具部材の結
合具にあっては、該結合具が２つのコップ状の部材から
成り、その内の片方は、釣針状の弾性的に構成された係
止舌部を有し、該舌部は、一時的な固定のために他の部
材の係合切欠き部内に挿入されている。しかしこのよう
な係止舌部は、締付けピンを使用する場合これに固定す
ることも、又それに係合することも不可能である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の課題は、締付
けピンと協働している結合具の係止結合部を改良して、
該部分の一時的な結合部が実現できるようにすることに
ある。
【０００４】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明では挿入孔が、締
付けピンの頭部直径の寸法よりも小さい弾性的な狭窄部
を有していることによって、上記課題を解決することが
できた。
【０００５】
【発明の効果】締付けピンは、２つのプレートの接合中
に切欠きの挿入孔内に差し込まれ、続いてその頭部が弾
性的な狭窄部を別々に押圧する。頭部が狭窄部を通過す
ると、狭窄部は直ちに閉鎖され、かつ締付けピンの頭部
直径の寸法よりも小さい開口部だけが開放される。つま
り締付けピンは滑り出さないように切欠き内でロックさ
れる。そして組立の際には、プレートを別個に保持する
必要がない。それは、締付けピンの頭部の係止によって
プレートがその位置で互いにロックされるからである。 特に多数のプレートの接合の際には、先づ総てのプレー
トを一緒に差し込み、その後で締付け部材の回転によっ
て固定する。つまりプレートの組立は著しく簡略化され
る。本発明の特に優れた実施例にあっては、狭窄部が切
欠きの内面に配置された少くとも１つの付加部によって
形成されている。
【０００６】狭窄部の弾性が保証されるようにするため
、１つ又は複数の付加部が弾性的な材料から成っている
という、本発明の別の構成が提案されている。更に極め
て有利なのは、締付け部が弾性的な材料から成り、更に
１つ又は複数の付加部が非弾性材料又は弾性材料のどち
らかで成っているということである。更に本発明の結合
具の製作に対しては、１つ又は複数の付加部及び締付け
部が一体状に形成されていると機能的である。
【０００７】締付けピンの全頭部の、切欠き内への挿入
を保証するために、１つ又は複数の付加部がほぼ切欠き
の外縁部に配設されているという、別の有利な構成が提
案されている。付加部の製作に対しては、これが隆起部
状に形成されている場合が特に有利であることが確認さ
れた。
【０００８】本発明の別の実施例にあっては、付加部が
、締付け部の端面に向い合って位置している切欠きの夫
々の側内面に配置されている。つまり狭窄部が特に確実
に形成されており、それは、付加部の損傷又は折損の際
、挿入孔が第２付加部によって常に狭められるからであ
る。
【０００９】本発明の別の特徴によれば、挿入孔の狭窄
部は、挿入孔を狭めている弾性的でほぼＵ字形スリット
の付いたカバーの配置によって実現されており、その際
Ｕ字スリットの長手方向の軸線は、締付け部の回転軸線
に対しほぼ鉛直に延びている。更に薄板から成るカバー
が、特にアングル状に折り曲げられていると機能的であ
り、その際スリットなしのアングルアームが締付け部の
側壁内に固着されている。このようなカバーによって付
加的に、締付け部の撓みに対する補強が行われる。

【実施例】本発明の実施例を図面に図示し、次にこれを
説明する。
【００１１】結合具の円筒状の締付け部は、両端面２，
３を備えた側壁１を有している。カバー面として形成さ
れた端面３には、図示なしの操作部材のための受容部５
が設けられており、該受容部５は締付け部の回転軸線の
中央部に配置されている。側壁１は片側に開放されてい
る締付けスリット６を有しており、該スリット６は、図
示なしの締付けピンの頭部のための切欠き７に沿って延
びている。締付けスリット６の端部８は、切欠き７のト
ラフ状の端部９に開口している。締付けスリット６の別
の端部１０は、切欠き７と１体状に形成されている締付
けピンの頭部のための挿入孔１１に配設されている。
【００１２】挿入孔１１には弾性的な狭窄部１２が形成
されており、その幅１３は締付けピンの頭部直径よりも
より小さくなっている。狭窄部１２は、切欠き７の内側
面１４に配置された２つの付加部によって形成されてい
る。
【００１３】２つのプレートの接合中に締付けピンが挿
入孔１１内に装着され、その際弾性的な狭窄部１２が別
々に押圧する。頭部が切欠き７内に位置すると、狭窄部
の幅１３は直ちに締付けピンの頭部直径の寸法以下に再
び減少する。つまり締付け部内の締付けピン及びプレー
トは共にロックされ、これによってプレートの組立が著
しく簡略化される。
【００１４】図３及び図４に基く実施例にあっては、締
付け部１６の挿入孔１５がカバーとして形成された弾性
的な薄板１７によって減少せしめられている。該薄板１
７は、アングル状に形成されており、更に挿入孔１５の
前方に位置しているアングルアーム１８が、締付け部１
６の形状に容易に撓むことによってこれに適合し、かつ
Ｕ字状の長手方向スリット１９を有している。挿入孔１
５の狭窄部は、その長手方向軸線が締付け部１６の回転
軸線に対しほぼ鉛直に延びているＵ字スリット１９の幅
２０によって決定されている。薄板１７の別のアングル
アーム２１は、締付け部１６の側壁２２内に固着されて
おり、かつ撓みに対してこれを補強している。図３から
締付けピン２４の頭部の係止位置を認めることができる
。

Claims (10)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】　　２つのプレートを解離可能に結合する
    ための結合具であって、ほぼ円筒形の締付け部を備え、
    該締付け部は、挿入孔（１１）を有する切欠き（７）内
    に締付けピンの頭部を受容しており、その際その側壁（
    １）の外周部分を超えて片側が開放されているスリット
    （６）が設けられている形式のものにおいて、挿入孔（
    １１）が、締付けピンの頭部直径の寸法よりもより小さ
    い弾性的な狭窄部（１２）を有していることを特徴とす
    る結合具。
  2. 【請求項２】　　狭窄部（１２）が、切欠き（７）の内
    面（１４）に配置された少くとも１つの付加部（１２）
    であることを特徴とする、請求項１記載の結合具。
  3. 【請求項３】　　１つ乃至複数の付加部（１２）が、弾
    性的な材料から成っていることを特徴とする、請求項１
    又は２記載の結合具。
  4. 【請求項４】　　締付け部が弾性的な材料から成ってい
    ることを特徴とする、請求項１又は２記載の結合具。
  5. 【請求項５】　　１つ乃至複数の付加部及び締付け部が
    、１体状に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項１
    から４までのいづれか１項記載の結合具。
  6. 【請求項６】　　１つ乃至複数の付加部が、ほぼ切欠き
    の外縁部に配設されていることを特徴とする、請求項２
    から５までのいづれか１項記載の結合具。
  7. 【請求項７】　　１つ乃至複数の付加部が、隆起部状に
    形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項２から６まで
    のいづれか１項記載の結合具。
  8. 【請求項８】　　締付け部の端面（２，３）に向い合っ
    て位置している切欠き（７）の夫々の側内面（１４）に
    、付加部（１２）が配置されていることを特徴とする、
    請求項２から７までのいづれか１項記載の結合具。
  9. 【請求項９】　　挿入孔（１５）の前方に、該孔（１５
    ）を狭めている弾性的でかつほぼＵ字状のスリット（１
    ９）の付いたカバー部（１７）が配置されており、その
    ためにＵ字状スリット（１９）の長手方向軸線は、締付
    け部（１６）の回転軸線にほぼ鉛直に延びるようになっ
    ていることを特徴とする、請求項１記載の結合具。
  10. 【請求項１０】　　薄板から成っているカバー部（１７
    ）がアングル状に折り曲げられており、その際非スリッ
    トのアングル（２１）が、締付け部（１６）の側壁（２
    ２）内に固着されていることを特徴とする、請求項９記
    載の結合具。
