図は分光器用ラインセンサの感度補正装置の構成
図、第２図は第１図のマイクロコンピユータによ
るラインセンサの感度補正手順を示すフローチヤ
ート、第３図は波長走査とラインセンサ上の輝線
スペクトルの走査との関係を示す図である。 図中、１０は光源、１２は分光器、１４はマイ
クロコンピユータ、１６はドライバ、１７はアン
プ、１８はＡ／Ｄ変換器、１２１は入射スリツト
、１２２はコリメート鏡、１２３は回折格子、１
２４は結像鏡、１２５はスリツト、１２６はライ
ンセンサ、Ｄｉ（ｉ＝１〜ｎ）は受光素子。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入射光を分散させてラインセンサ１２６上に結
像させる分光器１２に、輝線スペクトルを有する
光を入射させる光源１０と、 該ラインセンサを電気的に走査し該ラインセン
サの各受光素子Ｄｉ、ｉ＝１〜ｎの出力をデジタ
ル化して読込む手段１６，１８と、 該ラインセンサを電気的に一走査する毎に該受
光素子の１ピツチ以下の距離だけ該輝線スペクト
ルが該ラインセンサ上を移動するように該分光器
を波長走査させる手段１４，３５と、 該波長走査により該輝線スペクトルが該ライン
センサ上を一走査する間の該受光素子の出力に基
づいて、該輝線スペクトルのピークレベル又はピ
ーク面積を各該受光素子について検出する手段１
４，３０〜３４，３６と、 を有することを特徴とする分光器用ラインセンサ
の感度補正装置。
