The ventilation fan 1 consists of a rectangular cylindrical ventilation fan frame 2 formed by bending and joining sheet metal, and an electric motor 3 attached to the center of a support rod installed inside the ventilation fan frame 2. , a blower blade 4 attached to the rotating shaft of the electric motor 3 with a spinner, a front cover body 5 detachably attached to the front part of the ventilation fan frame 2, and an inverted L-shaped locking piece 6 on the front cover body 5. It consists of a filter body 7 that is detachably hooked and attached. The front cover body 5 is made of synthetic resin and forms a wind tunnel 8 surrounding the blower blades 4. An oil receiver 9 is formed at the lower part of the front cover body 5 in a detachable manner. The oil receiver 9 is arranged over the entire width of the lower part of the front cover body 5,
An oil inlet 10 into the oil receiver 9 is formed between the front upper edge of the oil receiver 9 and the front surface of the front cover body 5, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7.

and a filter 13 whose periphery is integrated with the inner surface of the rear end portion of the opening 12 of the filter frame 11. The rear end edge of the filter frame 11 abuts on the front cover face piece 5 as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. Although the rear edge of the filter frame 11 is in contact with the front cover body 5, it is not in close contact with the front cover body 5, so fluid (oil etc.) will not flow out from the contact area between the rear edge and the front cover body 5. can. The rear end surface of the opening 12 of the filter frame 11 and the rear surface of the filter 13 are substantially flush with each other. The filter frame 11 and the filter 13 are joined and integrated by heat welding, and the holes of the filter 13 are filled with the synthetic resin of the filter frame 11, so that the filter 13 is integrated with the inner surface of the rear end of the opening 12. Ru. Specifically, the filter frame 11 is made of polypropylene resin, and the filter 13 is made of a nonwoven fabric made of a mixed resin of polyester and polycrate, and is made of a flame-retardant material. Since the filter 13 is integrated with the inner surface of the rear end of the opening 12, the inner surface of the opening 12 exists in front of the filter 13.
Specifically, the thickness of the filter 13 is about 5 mm, and the inner surface of the opening 12 with a width of about 5 mm exists in the front.

る。(c) Problems to be solved by the invention In the conventional technology, the oil collected by the filter 13 is retained inside the filter 13,
If a large amount of oil is collected due to long-term use, it will no longer be possible to retain all the oil within the filter 13, and the oil will flow down the filter 13. The adhesion of the flowing oil to the oil is the filter 13 and the filter frame 11.
Since the oils A and B have good adhesion to the filter 13, the oils A and B collect in beads as shown in FIG. 7 around the lower end of the filter 13. Thereafter, the beads of oil A and B become large, and before the oil A on the rear surface of the filter 13 becomes large enough to fall toward the rear end of the opening 12 of the filter frame 11, the oil B on the front surface of the filter 13 drops into the opening 12.
2. Insert the fulcrum line C in Figure 7 so that it is drawn toward the inner surface.
It flows and spreads as shown in . The spread of the dotted line C is small at first, but as the spread becomes larger, the ball of oil A also becomes larger, but since the dotted line C is quickly reached, the oil spreads along the front surface of the filter frame 11 as shown by the arrow in FIG. It will flow. Therefore, the front surface of the filter frame 11 is easily contaminated with oil.

It does not flow into the body 9 and falls. As a result, the floor and sink become dirty with oil.

る。(d) Means for solving the problem The present invention consists of a ventilation fan frame equipped with blower blades and an electric motor that drives the blower blades, and a front cover body that is attached to the indoor side of the ventilation fan frame and has an oil receiver at the bottom. and a filter whose periphery is integrated with the inner surface of the rear end of the opening of the filter frame, which covers the front surface of the front cover body and is removably attached. The problem can be solved by forming a protrusion that extends rearward from the inner surface of the opening and downwardly directs the oil accumulated on the rear surface of the lower end of the filter.

The oil that accumulates in a bead shape on the rear surface of the lower end of the filter flows to the upper surface of the protrusion. The oil flows and accumulates on the top surface of the protrusion, which causes the oil to accumulate on the inner surface of the opening.

The upper surface of the protrusion 15 is inclined so as to extend from the inner surface of the opening 12. In this structure, the inclination angle of the protrusion 15 is approximately 45 degrees, and the protrusion amount is approximately 1.5 mm.
This is made smaller than the width of the opening 12 located in front of the filter 13, which is 5 mm. A plurality of vertical bars 16 are formed on the filter frame 11 in order to reduce the curvature of the filter 13 due to the intake air flow. In this structure, a notch 17 is formed in the protrusion 15 at a portion corresponding to the vertical beam 16, so that oil accumulated on the upper surface of the protrusion 15 is allowed to flow downward from the notch 17 of the protrusion 15 as well. In this structure, the notch 17 is 0.6 mm to 1
The width of the vertical bar 16 is approximately 3 mm. Further, the tip of the protrusion 15 may be formed at an acute angle, or it may be formed round as shown in the figure, so that the oil can easily flow downward.

る。 The oil flowing down along the filter 13 initially accumulates as beads of oil E and oil F that accumulates in a triangular shape, as shown by the solid line in FIG. 4, due to the difference in the adhesion of the filter 13 and the filter frame 11 to the oil. After that, oils E and F become larger due to the oil flowing down, and oil F becomes larger at opening 1.
Due to the presence of the protrusion 15, the oil E flows from the upper surface of the protrusion 15 to the filter 13 and accumulates as shown by the dotted line before the oil E starts to flow from the front edge of the filter 2 and becomes large. The oil G accumulated on the top surface of the protrusion 15 is
Since the oil is inclined, it is easy to flow down beyond the protrusion 15, so that the oil flows toward the lower surface of the lower wall of the opening 12 as shown by the branch line. When the oil H flows down, the amount of oil E on the protrusion 15 decreases, and there is a margin for the amount to accumulate, so the oil F is prevented from becoming smaller or even larger, and the oil is prevented from flowing to the front of the filter frame 11. can. The oil H flows on the rear surface of the filter frame 11 and flows down from the gap between the front cover body 5 and the front cover body 5 as shown by the dotted line along the front surface of the front cover body 5, and is smoothly guided to the oil receiver body 10.

It may be about a drawing slope. Further, the curved surface of the upper surface of the protrusion 15 corresponds to the rearwardly downwardly facing upper surface of the present invention. Therefore, the protrusion 15 may have a semi-cylindrical cross section and a semi-elliptical cross section.
