The water in the ice cube tray begins to freeze on the surfaces exposed to the cold air being blown onto it. Also, since water starts to freeze from pure water, if the water contains air, chlorine, or other impurities, these unnecessary elements will concentrate at the bottom where it finally freezes, making that part cloudy and making it impossible to make clear ice. There were flaws.

Rise. However, since the space between the partition member and the outer plate in the above-mentioned publication is frozen, there is no place for the water containing unnecessary elements from this rise in the water level to escape, and it flows back into the upper part through the dividing hole, resulting in There was a problem where the bottom of the ice became cloudy.

である。(d) Means for solving the problem The present invention is an ice making ice machine that houses an outer tray that opens upward and a partition member that has a plurality of compartments partitioned vertically and horizontally by partition walls in each outer tray. In the dish, the partition member has a partition plate part which is spaced from the bottom wall of the outer dish and has through holes formed therein corresponding to the lower part of all the compartments, and a flange at the edge of the opening. The partition plate portion is configured to abut against each other to form a space portion positioned above the upper end of the partition wall and communicating with the gap between the partition plate portion and the bottom wall of the outer dish.

FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of an ice tray 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal sectional view thereof. The ice tray 1 consists of an outer tray 2 each molded from a synthetic resin such as polypropylene or polyethylene, and a partition member 3 housed within the outer tray 2. The outer plate 2 opens upward and has a predetermined depth, and an outward flange 4 is formed at the periphery of the opening. Inside the partition member 3, a plurality of partitions 6, 6... are formed by a plurality of vertical and horizontal partition walls 5, 5...
Through holes 8, 8, . . . are bored in the bottom wall 7 at positions corresponding to the lower portions of all the partitions 6, 6, . This bottom wall 7 serves as a partition plate portion that partitions the inside of the outer plate 2 into upper and lower parts. Further, a flange 9 is formed on the upper opening periphery of the partition member 3, which is located above the upper end of the aforementioned partition wall 5, extends outward, and is then bent downward to the position of the upper end of the partition wall 5. has been done. When the partition member 3 is housed in the outer tray 2, the bottom wall 7 and the side wall 14 have a predetermined distance 11 from the bottom wall 10 and the side wall 16 of the outer tray 2, respectively. A lower partition wall 12 may be formed on the bottom wall 10 to form a lower partition part 13 corresponding to the partition part 6. On the other hand, the lower end of the flange 9 is in contact with the upper surface of the flange 4 of the outer plate 2, and there is a gap of 1 between the flanges 9 and 4.
1 and forms a space 15 above the partition wall 5. Since this space 15 is closed by the flange 9, it does not come into direct contact with the outside air.

The water level in 1 also stops at the upper end of flange 4. Here, the air within the gap 11 escapes through the gap between the abutting portions of the flanges 9 and 4.

離氷除去できる。 When it is stored in a refrigerator in this state and cold air is blown onto it, the water freezes from the surface, and scale, impurities, or air permeates into the space 11 through the through holes 8. As a result, the ice in the compartment 6 becomes clean ice. On the other hand, when the water containing many unnecessary elements in the space 11 freezes, the water level in the space 15 rises due to its volumetric expansion. Here, since the space 15 is not directly in contact with cold air, freezing is delayed, and even after the water in the partition 6 has frozen, it does not freeze, so the above-mentioned rise in water level can be absorbed, and therefore the space 15 is in the space 11. This provides an escape area for the volumetrically expanded water containing many unnecessary elements to flow in, so this water can be prevented from flowing back into the space 11 from the through hole 8, ensuring clean and transparent water within the compartment 6. You get ice. After that, remove the partition member 3 from the outer plate 2,
Alternatively, by twisting together with the outer plate 2, transparent ice separated from the compartment 6 can be easily obtained. The ice remaining in this time interval 11 becomes cloudy and contains many unnecessary elements. If the lower partition 13 is formed, this residual cloudy ice can be easily removed by simply twisting the outer plate 2 a little.

Even if freezing begins, the resulting rise in water level is absorbed in the space, which prevents water containing many unnecessary elements from flowing back into the compartment through the holes in the partition member. Can make clean ice.
