第１図は本考案に係る減衰力調整機構を適用し
た緩衝器の一部断面正面図、第２図は同ピストン
の拡大断面図、第３図は同ピストン部の他方向の
拡大断面図、第４図は第２図の−線に沿う平
断面図、第５図は従来の緩衝器のピストン部の断
面図である。 尚、図面中、１はアウターチユーブ、２はシリ
ンダ、３は中空ロツド、４はピストン、５，７は
高速二乗孔、６は圧縮側油路、８は伸び側油路、
１０は圧縮側バルブ、１１は伸び側バルブ、１３
はバイパス油路、１４は油溝、１５は油孔、２３
はロータリバルブ、２８は連結板、３１は操作ロ
ツドである。

Claims (1)
- ピストンロツドの先端部に装着したピストンに
上下の油室を連通する高速二乗孔を有する油路を
形成し、この油路を開閉するバルブを設け、前記
ピストンロツド先端部内には前記バルブをバイパ
スするバイパス油路の開口量を変化させるロータ
リバルブを回転自在に嵌装した緩衝器において、
前記ピストンには前記油路と別個に前記バイパス
油路を形成し、前記ピストンロツドの外周面には
前記バイパス油路に対応する油溝を形成して、こ
の油溝内に前記ロータリバルブの油孔に対応する
油孔を形成したことを特徴とする緩衝器の減衰力
調整機構。
